I have wanted to try this place for years, but was wary because I thought you couldn't possibly get decent Chinese in Chiefland. I was way wrong. My favorite Chinese growing up was Golden Lights in Gainesville. Ever since it closed, I have never had great Chinese in this area. Mya's is named welll, because their noodles are the best! We had sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, honey garlic chicken, fried rice, wonton soup, egg noodles, egg rolls, crab rangoon, and a bluberry/strawberry smoothie. I know, we went crazy. It was all SO good. The smoothies are amazing there, I would go there just for one of those. The chicken in each of our dishes was white meat, and cooked perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and steamed without any crazy sauce or anything, just great. Their sweet and sour sauce is really good, but we all agreed the sesame chicken was the best of the 3. I would order any of them again. Our waitress was super friendly, and the place is very clean. It is dated, but like I said, clean and pleasant. They bring you fried noodles with warm red sauce when you sit down, which I love. I am looking forward to trying the noodle bowls next time, now that I know how good the noodles are. My husband had the wonton soup, and the broth was very good, no canned broth here. This place is run well, and you can tell the food is cooked with love. If you want good Chinese, hit it up! Oh, they have a drive thru! Bonus.

We have been eating here off and on for years and the food is great and the service is also!! They are always busy!!! So get there early for a seat
We always receive very good size portions with leftover to spare for a meal the next day. Service is always fast. Several times we would get a free 2 liter bottle of soda with purchase of our take out meals. Can be very warm inside unless air conditioning was just broken down temporarily. Has a few tables for indoor seating. Only meal I am not crazy about is the Beef and Broccoli, not enough beef and did not like the flavor. Wonderful rice, very good wontons, very good general tso chicken meal and sweet and sour pork. Have not ever tried their soups but I will have to try the wonton. Lomein is very good and Crab Rangoons are very very good and the Mooshu and egg foo young also very good.
