Find out what Chinese restaurants to try in Brisbane. Australia’s third-largest city, Brisbane is the hub of Queensland culture, offering a peek at the past and a glimpse into the future. Visit the historic Windmill and Old Commissariat Store, built by convicts in 1828, or fast-forward to the present (and beyond) with a trip to the new Gallery of Modern Art. Mingle with locals atop Mount Coot-tha, cruise the Brisbane River to South Bank’s sandy beach on the City Cat and make sure to fill the cuteness quota at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, home to koalas and kangaroos.

Chinese food and Boutique Australian Wine, underneath the fairy lit trees on East St Fortitude Valley
We just ordered food and shared. Good idea with a large group. We were celerbrating a birthday and we had too munch fun. The staff were great with professional, friendly service. The décor was relaxed and the food delicious. The drinks were good, we mainly tried the beers. Good fun with a mixed age group, we ranged from 3 years to 68.
Mr. Mista is an L.A. inspired cocktail bar & Asian influenced kitchen that caters for people who love an elegant dining experience but, can still party âtil 3am. Weâve had some fun with our South-East-Asia inspired share-plate menu. The experience is desi
Lovely Tracey & Pip made us feel most welcome. Many nooks/tables/lounges with a Hollywood flare - to enjoy a night out with friends/family. Try the Johnny Depp Cocktail - tequlia based with passionfruit - served in a wide open glass - totally memorable & refreshing! Menu covers plates to share - we had the sensational mossman beef curry /broccolini & fried rice - delicious. Venue attracts a young crowd but we're mature age & many others across all demographics there for drinks &/or dinner.

Madame Wu is an exciting restaurant and bar set in a first class CBD location serving modern Asian fusion food, contemporary cocktails and the wines of the world overlooking Brisbaneâs best vista. Our food is authentic and inspiring with modern styling an
We had gone there for lunch. On arrival we were asked how long will it take for us to finish lunch. It seems they had a large group coming for lunch so clearly not interested to serve couples. Even then, they asked us to sit at a high table even though there were other tables available and for some reason other couples ( not part of large group) were allowed to sit at better tables. Not sure if they didnât like our faces! We had visited this place few times before and enjoyed food. But after this experience, never going back again!Hi Rajiv. Thanks very much for getting in touch. Unfortunately our booking system allocates bookings to tables so as to ensure people are allocated an appropriate amount of time to enjoy their meal. The tables around you may have been allocated to booking a little later than yours, which is why the staff did not seat you there. The people seated at the tables around you may have also specially requested them. Unfortunately there are many circumstances which would lead to some tables being used and others not, however as a very busy restaurant, i'm sure you can imagine is takes quick a busy schedule to keep the tables in order. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
