Things to do in Bonne Terre
I've been eating take out food from here for years. I've tried several different items on the menu and have enjoyed them all. Someone from out of town asked if it was worth the wait and I told him yes. Two things to know, if you are ordering it for supper and she tells you 20 minutes you can really figure about 30-35. Also, do not take it personal if they are not friendly. They are not people to hold a conversation with and I'm thinking it may be because of the language barrier.

Seating is very limited and usually pretty sticky. The place hasn't changed much in years. The only disappointing part is that they lack descriptions of menu items. Most of the time the window person has a hard time hearing your order from all the noise in the kitchen. Portions are on the smaller side, but still filling. This is just a solid option when you want some good takeout.

We had lunch here today, there were six of us and were seated within five minutes. The selection was very good. The food was fresh and very tasty. It was a good bargain. I will come here again when passing through.
First Wok Chinese Restaurant is the best Chinese food in the entire area! There are two locations, but the one I visited this trip is their second location in Park Hills. They are open for lunch and supper, and offer a lunch buffet each day. I have been to their Farmington location about 500,000 times and have never left disappointed, or still hungry. The same goes for the Park Hills restaurant. The entire menu is delicious especially the pepper beef, sweet and sour pork, empress chicken, hot braised chicken, all the dishes featuring lo-mien, and the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are so serious. Their egg rolls are the top! You will never be disappointed when you go to First Wok and it puts all other Chinese places on the curb. Owner Jeff Lin is often on the floor visiting with customers or coming in and out making deliveries. This is my favorite Chinese place in the world and I would direct anyone to go there as fast as they can.
