In the heart of the city Poliziano, in the cellars of the Palace Bucelli, one of the most characteristic buildings of Montepulciano, is born The Other Corners, a restaurant that reflects the typical Tuscan tradition eras with a modern, using only local pr
We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Cantuccio, opting to sit inside, where the tables are comfortably spaced and the decor bright and modern.Several of our menu selections were innovative, with interesting combinations of flavours and textures. Likewise, the local wines were interesting and delicious. The service was friendly and quite professional.Although the prices weren't cheap, we thought that overall, the quality of the food and wine represented reasonable value.

This is the pizza you write home about. Perfect in every way. Makes even the best Napoli style pizza back home in Toronto disappointing. We had the margherita and the cappriciosa (with some lovely anchovies). Amazing. The place has no table service and seems to be a combination grocery and pizzeria. You order at the check out counter on the way in and give them your name. When the pizzas are ready they call your name...as pronounced in the local dialect, so listen carefully!!! Also just grab drinks from the cooler on the left...when you're done, pay at the check out counter. It was slightly confusing but the effort was completely worth it.

We came for lunch with total 4 adults, 1 kid and 2 babies. Although there was not a lot of space, the restaurant staff welcomed us and made place to assure we could have a nice lunch there. The food was really nice, we had different dishes, antipasti, pasta and mains and all were really good and tasty. Next to that the services remained really great. We had a very nice lunch because of this!

Had wonderful lunch here with family. Very authentic osteria with great selection of Tuscan favorites. The pizza looked good but we opted for pasta and secondi. The ravioli with butter and sage was outstanding, as was the pasta with sugo cinghiale. We enjoyed the sausage and beans as well as the rabbit - both excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Itâs s cozy place and great for a long relaxing meal.

A group of 14 went there and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wines, pizzas, other entrees, and desserts were fantastic. One of the pizzas had a "seafood" flavor and wasn't sure what transpired there, but was still delicious. Was watching all the people coming out with their carry out pizza orders (Non stop).

Went with the waiter's recommendation of the Penelope sandwhich (which I ordered) and Pappardelle Cinghiale (which my husband ordered). Both dishes were exceptional!! The service was very good as well! Highly recommend!!

How amazing to hike through the Tuscany countryside, up and down undulating hills, to the Toscani farm, where the once-endangered, presently famous, Cinta Senese pigs roam freely and happily, then to lunch at Bradi Toscani, which features the delectable meat of these animals in salami and other cuts. We also had a rich and hearty vegetable soup and enjoyed a select bottle of Montepulciano Brunella, known worldwide.Buying that wine was a mistake! The gregarious owner of Bradi Toscani sent us to a bar/winery/cave "down the street" named Cantina Porte del Sol, which is also in his family. There, the gregarious staff gave us a tour of what surely is an ancient cave. We also sampled a wine named after the three Toscani brothers which had an extraordinary complexity and provided the perfect finale for a wonderful day.Next time, Bradi Toscani all the way!!!!

âLa Casinaâ was born in 2011, in a completely new building (built one year before), where the traditional Tuscan architecture cohabit with the modern interior space. The best part is for sure the terrace/garden, usable in the summer season, where you can
The restuarant has an amazing view out overlooking the Tuscany hills. Service is very good. Menu is in English too which helped my wife and i.The tiramisu was awesome. It may be a little out of the way from the town but well worth the de tour.a heartfelt thanks

Tipycal italian osteria, different types of handmade pasta, wide selection of local salumi and ship cheeses, main courses freshly prepared. Specialized in craft beers with more than 100 different beers, italians and european.
The place is minuscule and you risk missing it, regrettably. I just did a U-turn and came back! That was the smartest thing I did today. I had pici allâaglione and fried cod (on Fridays) with cime di rapa. Quickly served, delicious and very moderately priced. A place to remember!

Cloister of the XV century . with the restaurant in the lodge with menus that change weekly and a wide selection of local wines also to the chalice ; the courtyard is home to the Longe Bar open in the summer time with cocktails and a wide selection of loc
On our first night of our Tuscany adventure we wanted something a little special and the owner of our Villa recommended Chiostro Cennini - it did not disappoint! On arriving we were warmly greeted by Lucia and guided through the large wooden doors of the ancient town into a beautiful rustic courtyard filled with music and laughter. The first port of call, to meet her mother and father who has prepared snacks for all the dinner guests - it was wonderful! and set the tone for the rest of the evening. The food was excellent, the local wine was lovely and but it was the atmosphere that just grabbed you and pulled you in - it was a lovely, warm, welcoming, relaxing and oh so enjoyable. My only regret is that we did not get to return - a week in Sarteano is just not long enough!
