First of all, there are several rooms here so be sure to book if you want to sit in the no-smoking area! The menu is classic Austrian with some specials thrown in for good (?) measure! My husband chose the Tiril liver, which came with bacon, plenty of gravy (he was a happy bunny) and small roast potatoes on the side. Looked and tasted delicious.I opted for the special - smoked leg of venison with rice/risotto. For some reason, I had expected it to be on the bone (yes, I realise now that it would have been a very big one!) and it was not - it also looked extremely dry. No sauce except for the risotto and so I was disappointed as it tasted almost as dry as it looked. Comments were passed back to the chef as this was a new dish and our waiter had not seen it before. Nothing came back from the kitchen.....We were here to watch a jazz performance in the cellar - they have regular events. Will not visit again to eat..

Found on Tripadviser, and confirmed as a good choice by our hotel. Made a reservation which was very sensible. Eat out in the courtyard which was wonderful. The food was fantastic, and sadly the starters and main course meant we were unable to try a desert. We did however take the suggestion of some snapps! All the staff where very friendly, and gave excellent recommendations too. As I wrote in the title I highly recommend this restaurant, and would visit again when I am next in Vienna.

This is a typical local pub where people still smoke in the restaurant (it was not too bad and they have a small smoke free area as well). The place looks a bit run down inside but the food is great, service adequate and prices reasonable. If youâre in for a great Wiener Schnitzel or some Zwiebel Rostbraten, do come here. Donât forget to order a tasty side salad!

Looking for restaurant with good local food we've found good rated restaurant Simta and decided to check it. We've booked the table for dinner (and was right, cause it would be hard to get the table without booking). All our expactations were fulfilled - the food was tasty (schnizel even better than in Figlmueller), service was excellent, the place is nice and cozy. Roter vertliner was also excellent! Will come back for sure!

If you are looking for the genuine Austrian experience, Gasthaus Woracziczky is a place you definitely have to try. We went there on a Thursday evening without having booked (very bad, I know..). The lady, probably the owner, advised us the restaurant was unfortunately fully booked, and she kept apologising for that (although it was our fault..). She explained she would feel very bad having us leave without dining and she offered us to patiently wait at the bar whilst a table would become free. The gentleman at the bad gave us some good tips regarding which wine we should go for, and the wine was excellent. A table became free, and we so we sat. We tried a few different dishes (starters, main, desserts) and all of them were very tasty, and correctly priced (circa 120⬠for three people including a bottle of wine). We had such a lovely time there, I would highly recommend. The owners were incredible and made us feel home. Very cosy restaurant, very good food (the foie gras was really nice!). If you are around, please have a try you will not be disappointed.

The Mini is a perfect combination from Bistro, Restaurant, Wine Bar, Cocktail Bar, and Smooth Jazz Lounge. The friendly and elegant atmosphere you will be received by Hungarian hospitality and a touch of casual elegance, so whether you want to enjoy the i
I went for an evening meal in Mini with a friend while on holiday in Vienna. We chose Mini as the reviews were very positive! On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant waiter. He was very helpful in recommending wine for our meal choices. The food was very tasty, there was a cozy atmosphere. However, my friend and I both felt the food was overpriced for what you get. We both ordered the salmon, which was divine but was only served with carrots and a poppadom. We did enjoy our meal, service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy.

For business nights, this is perfect.Really fast and smart waiter, fast and good service.Food was also really good - cannot recommend anything specific, but some aperitifs you must try. I would not recommend this restaurant for private meeting since it is pretty crowded and some of the areas are dedicated for smokers.

Really beautiful restaurant with excellent fresh local cuisine. There's a lovely private room for small gatherings and a beautiful garden. This is a bit far from the center, but it's worth the ride to dine in a true local treasure.
