As a high end restaurant in Vodice it was well worth the visit. We were 14 persons, 7 children and 7 adults. English speaking and very friendly staff. We made Vodice our stopover on our way down from Germany to the southern tip of Croatia and tried the Posejdon completely at random having consulted Tripadvisor. We were surprised to get a table without a reservation on a Friday night where the whole town seemed to be teeming with tourists. I had to have a large Karlovacko beer to cool down and then I ordered a shopska cheese salad with calamares & chips which had been nicely grilled. My son had cordon bleu with chips. The young waiter spoke good English and he was both polite and efficient. Not a bad place for good quality, traditional Croatian food.

We went here for lunch. We had pizza, pasta and pork. The pasta was over cooked but the seafood was very good. The grilled pork was a bit dry but with good taste.Ok place to eat if youâre on the beach and donât want to walk in to town.Thanks for the comment.We drop a very large number of meals through one day, so some minor mistakes happen to us.Thank you for visiting us ...

Had a Tamaris meat dish for two (230 kunas) with vegetables and a mushroom sauce. Tasted excellent and was really to our liking. The service was friendly and excellent. Would have appreciated beef knives but the ordinary knives were good enough, too. The small extra starter plus the snapps on the house after the meal were a nice bonus surprise. The furniture, lamps, tablecloths etc. are a bit outdated, but they didn't bother us because the food was really tasty.

This is a favourite of ours and we have never been disappointed. Burin is one of the less obviously tourist orientated restaurants on the Vodice waterfront. We had a simple lunch sitting in the outside seating area. We had a seafood spaghetti, fried shrimp pasta and a plate of grilled vegetables. With ½ litre of beer and two glasses of the very acceptable house white wine our bill came to Kn 260 before service.The food is good, nothing elaborate but well executed and served in good quantities. We highly recommend Burin in an area where standards are not always high.

More has a nice view. In case of cold the terrace can be heated.We choosed the mussels and the mix of fried fish. Caraf wine not possible, so a bottle.Mussels were not great, small and with many beards.Mixed fish was sufficient, but everything tasted the same. Little fishes, shrimps, all one taste. Small portion of patatoes and salad and thatâs it.Staff is very friendly and helps you out. But kitchen must do better.We paid 345 in total

We visited this restaurant twice. On the first visit everything was perfect, we got great welcoming drink and ate delicious pizza. On the second visit the pizza wasnât as good as before, probably because we visited it midday.

I had an early dinner in this place and really enjoyed it. Place looks very authentic as in Dalmatian style taverna/konoba . Food is nice ( sea bream on grill ) and atmosphere is lovely, right in centre great for people watching The best part is staff that works there, they are welcoming, chatty, polite and really pleasant I would most definitely recommend this restaurant !

Don't know where to start. From excellent service provide by young and extremely professional owner so you feel like you are in 2 star Michelin restaurant to most tasteful meat that I evee tried. Everything is so nice here and finally our kid is begging us to come again because all around restaurant is playground. Highly recommended for everybody and especially for families with children.
