â¦cuisine is Silesian and delicious⦠just like at home⦠Magda Gessler, âKuchenne rewolucjeâ 24 wrzesieÅ 2010 r. Dear guests. Thanks to the âKitchen Revolutionsâ and to Mrs Magda Gessler, on September 24th, 2010 our restaurant underwent a complete transform
âPierogiâ with duck filling and mushroom sauce - MARVELLOUS. I eat dumplings in every Polish restaurant. These were decidedly the best in my whole life! Rabbit was nice and so was âgolonkoâ. Broth was ok, but a bit watery. As was the âkompotâ. My daughter got a glass of fresh apple juice, or rather half a glass, as the other half amounted to brownish foam, which a guest should probably not see at all. I cannot say anything about the dessert because we didnât get any. We quit waiting for one piece of apple pie after 8 minutes of observing 4 waitresses (in their late teens/early twenties) who slowly strolled behind the bar and around the room, serving two other tables (more waitresses were taking care of a party in another room). When we got the bill (after coming up to the bar, as no methods of attracting their attention had worked ), the apple pie was there. When we said we hadnât had any, the waitresses asked one another if we had got our apple pie, as if they didnât believe us or were simply trying to escape the blame⦠No smile, no apology to us⦠and no tip for them. I suppose the girls have little motivation to work (small wages?) and may be tired around 5 p.m. on Sunday, but they certainly donât do their best. Two people left the restaurant when we were there â the girls must not have noticed the customers, who were not as brave as to come up to the bar. All the same, I will return for the pierogi! And the restaurant does deserve a high score thanks to the food.

First thought- its in the middle of nowhere..Second thought- it's too empty, maybe its not so good...Then you try the food and you do not think anymore ;)The meals are totally delicious, especially steak con amore which is served on hot stone is worth trying, I would say it is best I ever tried in Poland and I must admit I often eat in restaurants, I also liked the soups like broth or minestrone and gooseberry cake for the dessert There could be a little bit more appetizers in the menu just to make a bit bigger choice for those who come oftenI pretty like the industrial interior of the restaurant and the stylish stove called Bruno- it makes nice climate even if it is not too worm in there during wintertimeThe only con is lack of people which I really do not know why it is so because the food is delicious so I keep my finger crossed for this restaurant to become more and more popular
