Our restaurant is located in the center of Mazur - Gizycko. We offer a rich menu. In addition to traditional dishes, we serve fresh fish Masurian. Our offer has been prepared for those who appreciate fresh and delicious food.
we had our first dinner in Gizycko at this restaurant. It was an overall disappointing experience. The fish we had as main was served overly cooked, and the vegetable and black rice sides were not properly cooked..... cocktails as aperitif were ok.... one cannot help but feeling that this restaurant is living off its proximity to the local marina and crowds of tourists dropping in for a quick meal.

Quite spacious restaurant just near the marina. They specialize in local masurian dishes and serve also traditional polish meals. We ate plince, farszynki, all soups, schnitzel (couple of times), potato pancakes and everything was just perfect. Prices are good value for money. The waitress Agnieszka is mega friendly and takes good care of the guests. The only flaw for me is one toilet, which is uncomfortable in such big venue.

Old Mill - a charming place near Gizycko in the region of "Great Lakes Country" - Mazury. On the main floor of the 19th century mill is small cosy restaurant, and hotel rooms on two floors. The excellent cuisine incited the guests to "demand" a few rooms
Masuria is very well known because of its lakes and forests. Typical masurian cuisine is also worth of taste. However, it's not so easy to do it, because the number of restaurants with proven food and service quality is very limited throughout the region. The Restaurant "The Old Mill" is the place you should visit when you are in Niegocin lake region. The restaurant is only a few miles from Giżycko and offer you good choice of typical masurian dishes. The room is not so cosy, but during summer days you may eat your lunch or dinner on the grass behind the house. View on the lake is another extra. The cook offer you the best of traditional masurian food prepared from fresh fish, forest mashrooms and dumplings. The prices are very reasonable, especially in a proportion to quantity of food. I recommend that place.

We arrived in town rather late for lunch and, initially reluctantly, choose this place, which is obviously relatively new in a modern development. It was a very good choice: original dishes, good quality ingredients and well prepared. Friendly, efficient service. Recommended.

We ate here twice during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, good value, efficient service, also appreciated by locals and sailors. Quality of the food at dinner was equally good, but slow service and, particularly, difficulty in getting attention was frustrating and spoilt our meal to a degree.
