I arrive on Sept 17th for dinner at 730 pm. We were seated outside upon arrival because there was a large group reservation inside but no one was there yet. We ordered drinks and when the drinks came, we were ready to order food. We were then informed that the kitchen is closed for all orders because they are cooking the large groups food!!!! Can you believe this? If thatâs the case, then shut down the entire restaurant and inform people that the restaurant kitchen will be closed. Or hire more cooks. Or cook some of the food ahead of time? Iâm amazed the manager was refusing to cook for anyone whoâs already seated at the restaurant. The entire situation was handled extremely poor. We walked out and wonât be back anytime soon. Its a shame they treat their everyday customers this way. We even asked if they could just throw a pizza in the oven for us to keep it simple. They refused! We sincerely apologize to hear about your recent dining experience at Zapfler. Thank you for helping us to improve our service. I've been to the Blue Marlin multiple times, always for the band! I've had a few salads and chicken dishes, a few mocktails - all very mediocre and sometimes even lacking in important ingredients! But the staff always tries to help, even if they don't even realize what is on their menu. Go for the cover band and enjoy the atmosphere.

we had a very nice evening there with authentic german food... fresh pretzel with some cold cuts and cheese... nice selection of wines... the meet was really european style cooked as well the salmon salad. the stuff was friendly and tried there best even they was not sure for somethings at least they went to ask the boss for help. we will come back at our next trip at changzhou!thank you for your nice review... hope to see you back soon... your jägerwirt team!
