Sometimes places live up to their Trip Advisor reviews, very occasionally they just smash it. This is one of those places.Brilliant atmosphere, brilliant friendly service, super crafted menu that changes every day and very reasonable price. Sorry guys at Aifach but you are worth more than you charge....Enough waxing lyrical, let's get to the facts.1. Location: 3 mins walk from the centre of town, just off the main Poststrasse so use Google Maps2. Booking: just do it in advance, they are double service booked most nights and ask to sit at the bar in the centre, yes at the bar if you can, you will see later3. Atmosphere : slightly funky, decor is traditional with querky twist. Great music unashamedly playing at a solid volume4. Food: very imaginative menu. It's a set 4/5 course (5 if you have fresh sliced ham when you arrive) How does it work? Forget reading a menu, they make a high quality 4 course different each night. Think Forest Gump's mum and her box of chocolates.... So turn up and then let them feed you....a surprise. Let them recommend the wine, it's all really well paired by the glass. So we went from beer, to prosecco, then vermentino and finally a tempranillo. So... Why sit at the bar? Because it becomes like theatre while you eat. They serve two sittings each night, a 18:15 and a 20:45, everyone arrives around the same time so the chefs prep up and set out all forty or so covers behind the "bar" in front of you. Brilliantly entertaining while you eat! And finally the price? It's the same price as a fillet steak in a local restaurant but so much more entertaining. Well done folks, you nailed it. jim, this ist the first time we answer a review......thank you for those lovely words! people like you make us try to push the limit further.#welovearosa

This restaurant is by far one of the worst we have ever visited. The food might not be bad but the service is beyond worst. If you donât have nerves of steel definitely avoid it. Ps writing from the restaurant still waiting for our main course after 1.5 hours

we had some friends over last night and they are 'Alpin Chic' lovers. we therefore made a reservation @ Piste 21.The service was great as we asked the waitress Orsola, the speak only in italian to our german friend, ehich she did the entire time (goid fun). The meals were harty and excellent quality! Mr Schrämli's concept is working although its a bit off the beaten track;)

We spent an afternoon having lunch and playing cards at this cute establishment. The food was good, the service, with one exception, rather poor (inattentive - had to keep reminding them for every order). All this was however not able to dampen our mood, we paid (400 Chf for 5 people) and left a handsome tip. On our way out, we asked if we could have a Glühwein on the house for our 10 min walk back to our car. We did receive our beverages, however with a price tag of around 8 Chf a pop (more than in downtown Zurich at the Christmas market). When we asked if there had been some confusion about the drinks being offered, the manager made a scene and stated that he doesn't believe in giving anything for free, and besides he had also never gotten anything from his guests. We reminded him that we had just left a tip, but in his anger and rudeness he was not receptive to rational debate, so we left it at that. Shame because the place has a lot of potential.

Walserhuus has become almost our family restaurant: we have celebrated there everything - from wedding to birthdays and Silvester. Biäsch family are very friendly and nice people. Kitchen is always great, especially meat fondue with stag. The atmosphere is what you imagine when you think about traditional Switzerland. You can also combine the dinner at Walserhuus with a horse carriage ride into the Sertig valley. In 2017 the hotel underwent a renovation and there is a great new wine cellar with a bar available. Make sure you visit it, it is worth a look and a glas of wine. Thanks a lot for Biäsch family for such a great place! Grüezi Familie PandavanchegVielen lieben Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Sie freut uns sehr, sie berührt unser Gastronomen-Herz.Herzlichst aus 2 1/2 Meter SchneeFamilie Biäsch und Mitarbeiter/Innen

We went there for a romantic dinner. The restaurant offers a good variety of fresh local food for quite some reasonable prices especially in the area of Davos. The dishes where great, very well prepared with different vegetables. The wine selection is very good and there are enough smaller bottles available as well, which is important if you have to drive afterwards. The service was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was a great experience and we will certainly visit the restaurant again. As the restaurant is quite small a reservation for dinner is very much recommended.

This hotel is good value for your money. This homely family hotel and restaurant caters to the individual. They are friendly and try to help you get around! Excellent service. For children, the hotel offers a lovely playground and the scenery is magnificent. The food on their menu is seasonal and very well prepared. Don't miss the opportunity to have a meal here! Should you have dietary restrictions, the chef is accommodating. This place is an ideal location for a base to hike down to bergün - a really lovely hike or if you want to visit Stugls - you may take the train down to Bergün then arrange for a postbus to take you up to Stugls where you can then go on the Heidi route. Many options for hikes here. Alternatively if you want to visit St. Moritz again This hotel is just a few train stops awayfrom it so you can stay in comfort and not have to spend a fortune. This hotel is 5 minute walk from the train station and in the winter, it is next to a 5 km toboggan run that stretches to Bergün - and you can take the chairlift up again.. amazing! The hike to Palpogna lake is also wonderful and the restaurant can arrange for a picnic too! The photos I include show the hotel from the train station as well as from one of the hikes, the view of the playground from the room, the room layout, the restaurant and some of the surrounding scenery.

Very good meat (we had the pork Schnitzel and the veal gordon bleu), home-made fries and pasta and great specialities from the region. Great service. Thumbs up!

We only had lunch here. Between 14.00 and 18.00 hrs you can choose from the Nachmittag karte. The sandwiches were very, very tasty. And you get a lot of food! The sight from the terrace was beautiful. Walking distance from the train station and the city center.
