This restaurant was suggested by reception team of Hotel Lokomotive. Within 5 minutes walk from the hotel you find this restaurant in the opposite street. The antipasto and red wine were excellent. I also had nice ravioli truffel. The service was good and professional.

I have been in this brand new restaurant to taste this new food concept. It was amazing experience. The food is prpared like you get at your home...some story.....the pampinks soup is exaclty the same that my grandmother usually prepare for me. Some other plates are prepared to offer a new experience as you have at your house. Good fish and good meat. All the ingrdients are always fresh and daily prepared. Very Very good. Enjoy !

Best schnitzel and potatoes of our month-long tour through Germany and Austria. Note the menu changes daily so there is no English version. The waiters give you a WiFi code so you can use your phone to translate the menu. The food is sbsolutely worth it! You know it's good when most of the diners are local!

Warm and relaxing atmosphere was the first impression of the place. A place to eat with friends and family. We ordered fish soup, grilled platter and baby squid. Everything tasted good. They also offer uncooked cevapcici and rustic bread for sale. Something different to consider for the next BBQ.

At first we wanted to avoid eating at the restaurant in the famous Monastery, because we thought it would be one more tourist traps... what a surprise. The dishes were perfectly done mixing tradition with nouvelle cuisine. A place to recommend!

Austrian hospitality at its finest Linz is right around the corner, the Salzkammergut is quite nearby, it's just half an hour's drive to the Vitalwelt holiday region in the Hausruckviertel, and the Mühlviertel lies only stone's throw away - the Ansfelden
I stopped for a coffee and a strudel. Unfortunately I don't speak german so I tried to order in english. This somehow pissed off the lady behind the counter because she yelled at me repeatedly in german. I decided to leave and never come back.Dear guest!Sorry that you had this negative experience in our restaurant. This must not happen, and we can only apologize formally for it. As we take any complaint very seriously, we will look into the matter immediately. We place great value on quality, kindness and generosity, so it is inexplicable why your conversation is run this way.We hope to convince you yet again of our quality and kindness and wish you a good trip!Best regardsYour Rosenberger Team
Ansfelden Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Ansfelden
Found this lovely country pub/restaurant and the waitress was very friendly and helpful in translating the menu to English for us. The local dark Kaiser beer was very tasty. Huge portions of freshly made schnitzel with mushroom gravy, potatoes and veggies and rice. Friend ordered the turkey cordon blue which also came with potatoes and veggies and rice and cranberry sauce. The starter salad was very fresh and we enjoyed everything about this place. The service was great and we were very full when we left!

We enjoyed lunch in Schloss Traun's inner yard on a very hot day - still the stylish white umbrellas kept us nice and cool. As the lunch menu seemed both tasty and a very good deal, we opted for it and were not disappointed. Food was very good, service attentive and friendly, and we had an excellent time. Will happily come back!

The place was packed for the popular lunch hour and we shared our table with several strangers. Pork roast with warm cabbage salad, a potato and a breadcube dumpling (very good, everyone should try one) was on offer and we each ate a "small" portion, which was more than enough as it was preceeded by soup - clear broth with Profiterols or cream of mushroom. The Most here is not as good as in other places, but the naturally cloudy applejuice was a hit. Fritz (the owner in second generation, and the third generation is already well integrated into the business) served Stiegl Spezial on tap and has an excellent assortment of Austrian wines. If I were to go back for supper (no time this trip) I would have one of the large and delicious salad platters.
