Reviews on Central American food in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Mayan ruins tower over the sea in Tulum. The formerly walled city was one of the last to be built by the Mayans, and its archaeological sites are incredibly well preserved. Take a break from the beach to visit El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the Temple of the Descending God. Explore an underground river under a canopy of stalactites in the sacred caverns of LabnaHa Eco Park, or dive into Cenote Dos Ojos to snorkel inside of caves in the middle of a forest.

What a cool place! I was with my hippie aunt, mother, and two other aunts and everyone enjoyed this place. My hippie aunt and I probably enjoyed it the most, but the tacos are great, service was good, the beach below was cool, and they are even 420 & pet friendly! I am now a regular! Thank you Taqueria La Eufemia!

Loved the tacos. The seafood dish my wife had was very fresh. The metzcal margarita was great. Beware the âhotâ sauce; delicious but volcanic.

Friendly, good food, full of locals too. Service was good, menu in English too which helped. I had fish with rice and salad. Really good. Family had fajitas - also good. Pickled veg spicy but good. Garlic amazing. Guacamole very tasty too. Huge portions. Had a nice chat with local family at the next table. Very friendly place. On the street so can watch the world go by.

We ended up in this restaurant by accident, we didn't want to walk anymore and they had seafood. There were only a few people at the restaurant and it looked empty but we decided to stay. We ordered guacamole, mojitos, and some of the best tacos in the world. The tortillas looked as if they were handmade and the fillings were delicious (arrachera, octopus, fish and shrimp). But the star of the meal was this habanero salsa that highlighted the profile of each filling, it was simply delicious. The other star of our meal was our server Marco, who made us feel like home. He is very attentive and and loves his job, he even made me a honey and lemon shot for my sore throat. Overall, my family and I can't wait to go back to Tulum and eat at Puro Corazon.

My dinner at Milagrito was a succes. The food was fast, good and warm. Wr also recieved nachos and sauces on the house. The beef tacos had plenty of good marinated meat, and as sides there were rice, onion and beans to make your own combination. The ceviche was fresh, quite big, but with a little to much lemon. My girl had fajitas and it was ok. A place to spend some money on good food.

Open for breakfast and lunch, this neighborhood classic is a must visit for tacos and tortas with fresh, delicious Yucatecan fillings. The cochinita pibil is legendary. Wash it down with one of their freshly made aguas frescas, and you have a cheap, satisfying and absolutely delicious meal.

Restaurant with contemporary mexican cuisine with an atmosphere of integration and respect to the jungle.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here based on the high TripAdvisor ranking...and it did not disappoint. Coming during the low season, we didn't have to worry about a reservation, and were warmly welcomed in. The tuna appetizer was amazing, and the cocktails (though pricey) were fresh and delicious. While I got the whitefish - which was very good - my wife got the spare rib, which was incredible. Just a great dining experience.Thank you for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your experience at BAL NAK'.
