We are your go to destination for delicious scratch-made Pan-Latin cuisine and a refreshing cocktail. Open for lunch, dinner, happy hour and brunch!
Roasted chicken enchiladas had 3 different sauces, all excellent, cilantro lime rice and beans. Beautiful restaurant inside. Also had patio seating with fans. Only thing it lacked was service to match the food. We had mimosas and weren't told there was a mimosa bar. Had to ask for chips 2x. Salsa was great! Can't wait to return.

Gloria's growth has been a constant ever since then. Now boasting 15 Texas locations, the restaurant still serves the same delicious Latin cuisine that has been satifying hungry Texans for over 25 years.
Not just Tex-Mex but also Salvadoran and other Latin American specialties. Gloriaâs is our no fail option for our weekly fix of outstanding frozen Margaritasâ- the house special is cheap and excellent â- and Mexican or Salvadoran food. So many excellent dishes include meat, fish, veggies and more. My favorite is Chili Relleno stuffed with cheese, delicious and it wonât wake you up at 2:00 am with indigestion. Moderately priced, Gloriaâs is Fairviewâs finest dining experience.

Traveling in area & decided to try it. Good choice! Our waitress was wonderful. Asked for explanation of items & recommendation; she was so pleasant helping us. It is Salvatorian/Mexican and wonderful. House margaritas and our food were delicious.

The far south has many recipes not usually cooked in a Tex-Mex restaurant. Gloria's personified the more southerly cuisine if a very pleasant venue. I sought after several of their offerings that I had not seen in local Latin cafes and was quite pleased that I did. Even the offerings of warm black bean dip and salsa with chips that were not only complimentary but very tasty as well. I will going back regularly in the future.
