Soufriere's backdrop of the Pitons, sea and rainforest provides a picture perfect setting for a visit to this laid-back and relatively undeveloped town in the south of St. Lucia. Considering that its name is French for "sulphur," it should be no surprise to discover the wealth of hot springs and mineral baths. Other great spots to visit include Diamond Botanical Gardens, a slew of pretty beaches and the bike trails that wind through sugar plantation Anse Mamin. Rent a car to see the town.

We stopped into the beach bar the other day. Martin, the bartender, made the most lovely mango/papaya/banana daiquiris. Besides looking beautiful in the martini glasses, they were so tasty. Martin is a great guy. So interesting to talk to. Everytime someone from the resort walked in he would introduce them to us. We were bummed that we had already eaten because the chef came in and showed us the menu. Well, we are planning to come back in a few weeks to celebrate my birthday and taste that lovely food. I cannot wait!!!

Mango Tree Restaurant, like the resort itself is tropically elegant. The al fresco dining pavilion looks out over a small river stone pool and takes in the magnificent Petit Piton and views of the Caribbean Sea. Stonefield Estate Resort features 3 excitin

Orlando's is a unique restaurant in Sorfriere. Our concept is to showcase local ingredients with an international presentation. Also to support our local farmers and vendors to maintain a standard of farm to table concept which is called Share The Love (S
So Last night my wife and I took our friends from the US to the restaurant after reading all the great reviews. We experienced a different situation. First they had very few wines. They had a large wine list but only a few wines. Next they had three menus only with the Vegetarian menu only one items, the entree, none of the other things listed where available. We picked just starter and entree. Three of us had the trio, chicken wings, port and beef. Port was a rib with no meat. Beef was like rubber and the chicken wings where not wings but very small legs but not from a chicken as they where less than 1 inch long. Worst part was it cost 25 US for that entree. They should be ashamed. Total bill was 247.00 US. Not worth it by any means. Service was good!Ok a good sign in the restaurant is the rest room. Water at sink did not work. Toilet had no water. Where did the employees wash their hands?Would not go back to them under any circumstance.Hello Good Day, I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us.

The restaurant is already discussed in your forums. I just can't find a listing for it so that I can review it. I don't know the street number (not much on the internet about it), but it is on West Coast Rd, Soufriere, St. Lucia. It was very clean and wel
Popped in here for a Sunday lunch after a trip to Tet Paul. The food was amazing and special mention should be made of Theresa who is the epitome of great customer service.

Perched high up between the Piton mountains, The Boucan Restaraunt is open to both residents and non residents. Boucan is The Hotel Chocolatâs own restaurant, where guests can experience Cacao Cuisine. The word âBoucanâ refers to the traditional West Indi
Stopped for a dinner and this time no music. Only Thursday and Saturday. They did have back ground music but not the same as live music. Food again was great. Service was wonderful. Chocolate was great. Friendly place. Waiters and Waitresses do not push you to order. They keep an eye on you for when you are ready. Many have been working there for a long time as a result service is good. Being older we where able to park close to the restaurant and did not have to walk up the stairs from the car park, thank you!!A lovely review and very appreciated, we are certainly a friendly bunch but you a quite right, we don't want to be popping up every 30 seconds interrupting the time with your dining partner, we aim for intuitive and respectful service.

The food was excellent and Martha and her staff were wonderful. Martha does all the cooking and came to the table to ask us what we would like or not like. There was a lot of excellent food that Martha prepared for us. She was so friendly - I felt like we were being adopted. This is a highly recommended gem of a restaurant in Soufriere - don't miss it - only open for lunch.

I mean..where do I start? We had considered staying at Jade Mountain, but ended up at Ladera. However, after dining at Jade Club and seeing the property, we will definitely come back and stay next time. We got the $95 pre-fixe menu. Some of the stand outs are the braised beef cheek, seafood ravioli, pâté, quail, and lamb chops. Everything from the presentation and service is . The architecture of the resort is very Jurassic Park meets West World. And did I mention the view? While Ladera is way closer to the Pitons, Jade Mountain in a way captures the view of the Pitons in a more majestic way. The view is to die for! It is worth every penny!

Yes, the food is out of this world, but here is something that will make reading my review worth it. Ask for the Naan Bread Demo. You will see the oven, how it's used, and watch as they make Naan bread right there. And you will EAT that one too!
