Chez la Martine, câest lâincontournable de Saint Anne, toute la famille est au rendez-vous pour vous offrir un agréable moment dâéchange et de partage. Si vous prenez un peu de votre temps, les gens sâouvriront facilement à vous et la bonne humeur sera de rigueur... Si vous êtes impatient et pressé, ça sera plus compliqué. à faire!!!

Basilic Beach answers a much needed quality beach-side eatery in Saint Anne. This restaurant differs from the others in its inventive menu that remains true to its local heritage, but includes lighter salads and plates. The food is prepared fresh, so you may need to wait a little longer... but it is worth it!Service quality is spot on.Friendly and helpful, but allowing the customer the space to take in the lovely view of the beach in peace and quiet.A lovely afternoon experience.

The place is not fancy, like all restaurants by Les Salines beach.However, the food is delicious. The cod fritters were perhaps a bit greasy, but the fish/seafood skewer was delicious. The fish and prawns were cooked perfectly, and the sauce on top was very tasty. The dish included rice, lentils and salad. Full menu for 16 euros, including one drink. Cash only. The restaurant is open until 4 p.m. Hence, do not plan dinner there (besides, there's nothing there and one cannot hope for a nice stroll before eating).

We ate here for lunch the last day we were in Ste. Anne. It was the best meal that we had and were sorry we weren't able to come back. Most places have a decent main meat/fish component but the appetizers, side dishes, etc. are mediocre. Not at this place. They brought bread with a bit of a fishy, delicious butter soon after we sad down. The avocado/shrimp salad was also delicious. I had the shrimp in coconut sauce and they were large and fresh. The prices here are not higher than the other places we went to in downtown Ste. Anne; actually that is one of the things we found a bit odd in Martinique, prices didn't seem to vary much from restaurant to restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful even when we told her that we (by that I mean my boyfriend) had forgot to bring enough money so we had to keep everything under the 40 euros I brought with me.

What a lovely little restaurant. You can dine outsidd under a covered awning or inside in an air conditioned area.We went at lunchtime and were warmly greeted. The menu was simple but excellent. We had the caramelized pork and the beef. Both were superb and very reasonably priced.We will be back again on our travels and will definitely return for evening dinner.If youre in St.Anne go there. Its tucked away of a side street but well worth looking out for.

This rustic place has a commanding view of the bay and cooled by the gentle sea breeze. We enjoyed the creole tuna and a marlin wrap, both tasty and good size portions. The staff levels fit the prices, the service is a bit slow. So accept this or go else where. They also have a great Ti-punch (couldn't see it on the drinks list). We shall be back :- )

....this place does surprisingly good food! The setting of Anse Michele is gorgeous (we went there twice during our week on island) and Le Cocotier is an excellent option if you'd like a break from the sun & surf for a very nice lunch. Very small operation that turns out great looking and tasting lunches and a selection of crepes.Only one person speaks English, so be aware of that, but we don't speak French and it wasn't much of a problem. And you'll need a reservation - yes, really - but if you get there mid-to-late morning, you should be fine. Just go up when you get there and pick a time to come back and put your order in.
