The Accra starter was delicious, others has good lobster, duck and steak. I have had tastier octopus but served with potatoes and rice! Some salad or green veg would have been better. Fresh squeezed orange juice, refreshing.Very hot when first arrived, but staff turned fans up which made it comfortable.Cosy decor.

We had a nice evening meal, in a nice decor , nice atmosphere, relaxed but efficient service... I enjoyed the fish( pavé de thon with different sauces ) ...And the mousse au chocolat was good too !

Restaurant ouvert du lundi au vendredi, le midi carte de restauration variée créole française, et le soir apéro cocktails, tapas ,pizzas ,de 17h à 21h pour le coucher de soleil.
We ordered the grilled fish and a pork dish with a honey-based sauce. Both were excellent. They came with very interesting and tasty side dishes - seasoned rice, fried plantains and a type of winter squash with a cream sauce. We polished off every last bit of it. The entrees are around 22 euro each. Very nice meal in a nice restaurant.

We liked everything , so we went twice ⦠The fish is really good , fresh and well prepared . The waiter is adorable , cool but efficient . The place is not too big , so you have a good comfortable feeling . I really liked the setting and the decoration too ! My mother was very happy withe the pancakes , that's why we returned . We liked it each time . I also particularly enjoyed their fresh fruit juice â¦

Already intrigued by this right-on-the-beach, feet-in-the-sand restaurant, we were enticed in by the invitation of the proprietor. Though we had plans that night, he assured us a fine meal if we returned the next, so we did. We were the only customers, so were invited to see our fish both "in the raw" and on the grill. Both the fish and the cabri (goat) colombo were delicious, served with rice, green beans, carrots, eggplant, grilled plaintain, and a savory sauce. Complimentary accra were delivered to the table as well. Topped off with ti-punch and vin rose, it was a fun and flavorful experience.

Pomme Cannelle was close to where we were staying and we had high hopes for delicious, homemade Creole specialties as often the best food comes from simple places. The menu that night was limited to fish, ribs, or chicken; none of the specialties mentioned on web descriptions. We decided to stay anyway in hopes they would be outstanding and because the proprietress was friendly. The ribs were fine, but the grilled fish was completely dry. They were served with American-style french fries, lettuce, and tomato. The only really tasty items were the complimentary accra and the vin rose. Very disappointing, especially since it was our last night on Marie Galante.

This is a very good local restaurant with typical reasonably priced dishes. I opted for 'vivaneau en court bouillon' which was served with rice and stuffed 'christophine' (chayotte). The food was well-prepared and delicious, so was homemade coconut punch. I had some pineapple for dessert and a coffee to finish the meal, and the bill was just above 20 euro. The service was friendly and warm.

The service was very bad with the waiters pushing for us to order and not being very helpful or patient. The lobster was overcooked. The steak was raw, we asked to cook again and they served it hard as a shoe and then they blamed it on us.Good morning,I am the manager and chef of the restaurant, I have no knowledge or recollection of such a situation or problem as you describe it. Are you sure it's all in my restaurant?cordially
