Any visit to Grand Pre, Nova Scotia is incomplete without dining at the illustrious Le Caveau Restaurant. Delight in fine wines and gourmet creations from Chef Jason Lynch that pair perfectly together. Whether you dine with us for lunch or dinner, for an
We had such an amazing lunch hear! We did our wine tasting and then came for lunch, we saw the lady who had done our wine tasting and invited her to sit with us. Had such a great chat talking about the vineyard and life in Nova Scotia. We loved the fish cakes and the seafood chowder. But the main thing that MADE MY DAY was that they had a dairy and wheat free pudding! I cant usually ever find pudding I can eat so this was incredible! And it was absolutely delicious! Thank you!!Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are very pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your lunch and especially - dessert! We are always happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions! Have a wonderful Fall and we look forward to welcome you again!Cheers

This cafe is iin downtown wolfville and has a nice sidewalk eating area. Had the signature donair on the menu and it was very good. This meal was served as a Pita roll up wrapped in foil (like a baked potatoe).Donairs are the official food of Halifax, but are available ina most of Nova Scotia. Youe need to try these when you visit the Province.

Cute and welcoming little restaurant, many vegan/vegetarian options. The desserts are absolutely delicious (nanaimo bars especially) and the vegan breakfast platter is copious! The veggie panini would need a bit more flavour with spices for instance. Try the smoothie, you wonât be disappointed! Definitely recommending this place for a brunch!

We just decided to try this location for lunch. The chicken and cranberry sandwich on freshly made bread was excellent. The cabbage and feta salad was also very good. It is a very cosy place with a lot of regulars! And oh yes, very good service.

The restaurant is very rustic looking. I was visiting the area and had heard it was great. I had the creamy shells with sausage. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce clung to the shells. My friend had the stuffed ravioli and it was amazing and flavourful. I didnât have the bread pudding but my friend said it was one of the best. Service was excellent. We went for a late lunch and luckily there was no wait but I understand there are often huge line ups. This place is a must.

Place was hopping! We were told it would be a 40 minute wait for food but we were just grabbing a local craft beer so it didn't matter.

Located in the heart of Wolfville Nova Scotia, we serve unique crepes and thin crust pizza made with fresh, local ingredients to order in our open kitchen.
Went out looking for a place for breakfast and decided to stop in. Service was excellent. Extremely friendly fast service. Had the egg and ham breakfast crepe that was well presented and extremely filling. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back again.

This is an old captains mansion which has fantastic food and beutiful gardens
Halibut dish was fresh, amazing, tasty and creative. Chicken and gnocchi with veggies also delicious. Atmosphere peaceful, outdoor seating choices, beautiful gardens. Great wine, chocolate mouse and strawberry dessert over the top. Kimber, our waitress was efficient, kind, and friendly. The chef Joanne is top notch.

We enjoyed a nice lunch at Luckett vineyards. Although very busy with bus tours and lots of celebration tables, the staff was pleasant and the service attentive. The food arrived promptly and we tried two different Luckett Rose wines. We ordered the calamari and tacos starters with a very generous side of French fries and two different glasses of Rose wines. The food was freshly prepared, good tasting and nicely presented. The meal was good but the ambience was unpalatable. We understand the owner is British so the entrance displays an old blacktop, there is a Phonebox in the middle of the vineyard and lots of British goods for sale in the store. All dining guests are required to go through the store filled with shoppers and wine tastings before entering the restaurant for lunch. Guests leaving the restaurant are again required to exit through the store - like airport passengers herded through duty free. The store offers the wineries' production as well as a selection of British goods that is ALL readily available at a local grocery store at much cheaper prices than Luckett.A very commercialized enterprise - not for those wanting a quiet wine tasting luncheon

One of the top 25 places to drink in Nova Scotia - Curated Magazine Best new business - The Grapevine Best Venue For Drinks - The Grapevine Best Place to Meet with Friends - The Grapevine The Maritime Express Cider Co., is a cidery and taproom located in
Maritime Express is housed in a stately former hotel building from the days when trains ran service to the town of Kentville. It is worth a visit to soak up tha atmosphere of this impressive historical building. We sampled the. Vegetarian and Chicken sandwiches from the small one page menu. Both were tasty but not sizeable. Bigger appetites would be satiated with the eye catching burger. Try the Cider Flight which is ample and the best way to get a taste of what is on tap.For the beer lover there are plenty Craft Brews listed on the chalk board.
