Great experience visiting the Chateau Family Restaurant, the waitresses were amazing, the food is amazing and the prices are probably the lowest of seen in this area. I decided to give this restaurant another try after finding out there was new ownership. The new owners took over in November 2015 and they are now open later in the evenings and are also open on Sunday which they were not before the new ownership. The portions are much bigger, prices are amazing and the quality of food has definitely improved. There is a ton of new renovations done there as well. Overall great place, if you love amazing food, amazing service and an amazing atmosphere then you can't go wrong with taking the time to visit this restaurant.

We've eaten at Mary Brown's all over and love their chicken. Usually the chicken is moist and delicious but for some unknown reason the one in Stephenville is inconsistent, with one piece of chicken moist and the next one in the same order dry. They appear to need better QA on their batches.

We've been here before and always seems to be issue getting food to the table. Went for breakfast today and waited 47 minutes from time waitress too order. Nothing complicated; omelette and breakfast special. After 35 minutes we asked what the delay was. There was not "sorry" just a "orders are done in the order they come in and we had a couple of steak and eggs". We didn't even get an offer of a refill on coffee. And the food is really nothing special. Tired of poor and unprofessional service. Won't be back... ever!

I have been in this restaurant a number of times over the last few years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the food served there. Selection is quite good and the staff is very friendly.

I had the buffet lunch and it was okay. There weren't a lot of options but what was there was good. There were salads and pastas to choose from as well as desert pizza and garlic bread pizza. The food that the rest of my party ordered arrived quickly and they enjoyed it as well. The server was friendly, and quickly refilled our glasses when they were empty and old plates were quickly taken away. They have a bread grill as well, which is always delicious.

This restaurant is located in the Days Inn, and while I was staying there I came in here for breakfast. It's a nice restaurant, a comfortable atmosphere. The server was very friendly. The service was nice and quick. The food was pretty good. The potatoes were said to be skillet fried, but they were clearly deep fried, and the english muffin was really more like a flattened hamburger bun. But the steak was well seasoned cooked to temp and the eggs were perfectly seasoned. Overall pretty good.
