We ordered there dinner set for two, plus their house wine. Everything was just perfect. Food was delightful to look at and delicious. The service was great as well. I can't say enough good words of them.
If you are in a hurry & want to eat cheap this is the place. The service is quick & the food ok too ! Try their smoked meat sub which is served with a large serving of fries with everything you order.

Great new addition to the restaurant scene in the Sorel area. Breathtaking views of the Saint-Laurence river from the elevated patio, attentive service if a little hesitant and tremendous value on the menu. Loved the seafood appetizer platter to share: king crab, lobster, oysters, shrimp, clams and mussels served on ice. Will be back for sure!

Very nice hotel. This hotel is quite surprising, from it's location with a clear view on St-Lawrence river to it's modern decoration (still ongoing project for the rooms), it did surprised me in a very good way.The steakhouse is also worth being mentioned here. One could argue that it honestly makes big city / restaurants in big hotels envy what theyâve achieved here. Only weakness could be: staff being slightly undermanned some nights ! Overall a very good stay and a hotel that I sure wont mind to come back.Bonjour M. Patrick L,The whole team of the Hotel de la Rive is very proud that you enjoyed the improvements to the property. Your satisfaction is our best reward and also a great thank you for taking the time to share your experience.Look forward to welcoming you soon !Nancy Yelle Directrice adjointeHôtel de la Rive

I've decided to come here because of the location which is right above the Sorel Marina with a view on St-Laurence river.I can only speak for my meal: Fish n chips with caesar salad. Taste and presentation was above "very good" and service was Excellent! rapid and good customer care. All in all, truly a very good experience.

We stopped here for an early dinner after finding our first choice closed, and really enjoyed the meal. The next morning, I noticed a review where breakfast at Auberge de la Rive (hotel) was named disappointing, but Restaurant OâGusta was described glowingly. So we headed back to Restaurant OâGusta for breakfast.Highly recommended is the right phrase to describe breakfast here. We both enjoyed 3-egg omelets, which were excellent. The service is fast and attentive (coffee cup was never empty, thank you!) and the food was great quality, temperature, taste. Very high value and two enjoyable meals during our short stay in Sorel.

Best delivery pizza in Sorel and one of the top family restaurants in the area. Always busy but you can count on a friendly greeting, attentive service, broad menu and great value.

Last week, during the Festival de la Gibelotte, a couple of our friends introduced us to Le Fougasse. What a great experience. We are from South shore and we found it more convenient and less trouble to go to Sorel then to pay us a visit in a restaurant in Montreal - no traffic- highway all the way and lots of parking !! what else do you need ? We were seated on their terrace- the service was great, quick and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the wines and food pairing -- Great suggestions from her. We had Bison tartar - excellent and we took the ''beef bavette' which is one of their specialties . The veal and the deer were also delicious -- good portion served with veggies and fries or your type of potatoes. We shared a portion of their famous cheese cake which is really a cheese mousse - delicious!! ( we usually don't like cheese cake since we find it is too consistent but this one is great) . We had our coffee and digestive drink at the terrace on the roof of the building. Great ambiance. So if you want good food, good service, lots of parking etc... do not hesitate to try le Fougasse - you will become addicted!!
