Reviews on Canadian food in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada. Established in 1910, Parksville is one of Canada's most popular summer destinations for families. Everyone loves Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, with its beaches, tidal flats and pools, wildlife, and campgrounds; and several other provincial parks are within half an hour's drive. Follow Vancouver Island's Highway 19 (Island Highway) to reach nearby Qualicum Beach and the Comox Valley.

Meeting a friend or out to relax? Meet you at "The Brimm" for coffee, smoothies, drinks, yummy food, baked treats, cozy atmosphere, private back courtyard, music nights, author readings, and of course our friendly staff!
Theresa and her team from Pacific Brim catered our mothers 90 th birthday party with a delicious menu of appetizers followed by a full course hot meal for 40 guests. Perfectly organized, competent and discreet, she and her team made our family reunion a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Pacific Brim catering.Thank you, so much! It truly was our honour to play a small part in your familyâs celebration. The love, happiness, and gratitude in the room was absolutely felt. I hope as you all continue to your homes, that the lovely French girls speak fondly of their Canadian dinner, and somewhere a taste, or aroma brings back memoryâs of your reunion and the grand matriarchs (Anneâs) birthday!Teresa

Had dinner here last Friday night with our daughter and son-in-law. They allow dogs outside which is awesome and children are also welcome as well. Our meal was fantastic and we would definitely recommend going there anytime!

We are a diamond in the rough! Here at Trees we have an in-house bakery as well as a full restaurant with everything made in house. If you're looking for one of our jumbo cinnamon buns, you should stop by early - they're usually the first thing to sell! W
The desert counter was lovely and tasty, our food was very mid range. Wouldn't go back for the meal, but maybe for a bakery item. Counter staff was very personal but our waitress didn't come off friendly, and made a few comments that rubbed us the wrong way.

Purveyors of Leftcoast fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner since 1996. As much as possible our meals are made to order and feature house made soups, sauces and scratch baked desserts. The place where 'It doesn't matter who's right!'
About a 30 minute wait for food, normally thatâs ok but when there is only 2 tables itâs a bit much for a pizza and quesadilla...no quality check, no offer for more drinks...basically a really bad experience. Have dined in parksville for 20+ years...wonât be going back...

Kalvas is a classy, upscale log cabin with dark wood tables and a warm atmosphere. The semi-circular building offers almost every table a view from large windows. The focus of Kalvas is on the dining experience and the quality of the selections on the men
Returned yet again for another wonderful meal. Started with the Crab Cakes. Fresh and loaded with real crab. Then we had the Prime Rib and the Seafood Sampler. Both were extremely well prepared and delicious. Finished with an in-house made Grand Marnier creme brûlée and raspberry New York cheese cake - both were outstanding. Thankyou again to David for always making us feel so welcome and to John for his great job serving us. We will be back!

Set in an Authentic British Seaside Restaurant With a Medieval Addition Private Booths for that Romantic Night Out
Coming from the North of England I just love my fish & chips. However I have never had any that have really tasted like they used to. This time we went to the British Bobby and I was not disappointed. The batter was amazing and the cod flaked beautifully. The batter was so good that I had the banana fritters with golden syrup and they were so tasty. We will be back.

Service is outstanding and I like supporting non-chain restaurants. Great place to get your pizza in Parksville. A little overpriced for the pizza is the only reason for the star deduction. Pizza is good, but not 5 star pricing good.yycwillc Thanks for come in and giving us a review.

Cozy restaurant with great food. Original artwork on the walls. We followed other reviewers and ordered the seafood crepes. We noticed lots of others did the same! For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding is recommended. We also liked the friendly waitress, for sure. We were glad we made a reservation as we saw all the tables looked reserved last Friday at 5 p.m.

We wanted a comfortable place for our community and families to dine. Five days a week we offer breakfast and lunch featuring brunch items Saturday & Sunday. Located on Harrison Avenue in Parksville, our menus feature local, sustainable, and seasonal Paci
Rarely do I get an opportunity to eat breakfast out with my family.....since I own my own breakfast restaurant I found myself looking a little closer at offerings...This spot was a breath of fresh air. Simple menu, local ingredients , super friendly staff and an eclectic mix of dishes to please even the most finicky pallets. Since we are In parksville for 3 days weâve now started to change our daily itineraries to try sneak in more visits here. Iâm glad we found bread and honey....Very much so The turkey Reuben and losbster stuffed grill cheese sandwiches are a must.
