Reviews on Canadian food in Panorama, British Columbia, Canada including Cabin Restaurant, Cliffhanger Restaurant, Mile 1 Hut, T-Bar and Grill, Choppers Landing, Summit Hut
Things to do in Panorama
Itâs a small cozy cabin. Not a lot of seating inside. On a warm day I recommend sitting outside. They serve burgers, hot dogs, chilli, pirogies etc. The food was good but the portions were a bit small considering the cost. Although this is expected being at a ski resort where everything is over priced. It does have a beautiful view!

Relax with a drink by the wood fire or gaze out at the twinkling lights of the village while you dine on a three course hot stone menu or multi-course fondue sharing menu. This European inspired experience is set within the rough hewn log cabin feel of th
Sip and Savour Winemaker Dinner was the name of the even at Choppers Landing. They limited tickets to about 40 guests. The evening started with a nice greeting from our hostess followed by a roving waiter with a tray full of Legacy LaRue Brut( sparkling wine selection) which was delicious and gave us all a chance to mingle and get ready for the great dinner that was being prepared. Stoller Wines from Oregon were the featured winemaker and did a great job of explaining the wines paired with every course. Have been to a number of events at Panorama Resort and this was BY FAR THE BEST. The food, plating, great service, and wines were all far above the norm and will look forward to other Winemakers Dinner in the near future. Was a great night of food wine and friends.. Special thanks to Food and Beverage manager David, his Head Chef and serving staff.

Cold pints, live music and a classic sports bar menu, the T-Bar & Grill is the best place for laid back après or a late night party. The T-Bar & Grill is the resort's central après venue and the perfect place to tell tales about your day, catch a game, gr
One of those big places with predictable food options, lots of TVs and a pool table. We were there for lunch. They open at noon - exactly and not a minute before. So there were quite a few of us standing around outside the doors because they won't even let you in to sit down til noon. Had the elk burger - it was alright. It was supposed to be on a brioche bun - it wasn't.

Rustic cabin half way up the mountain. Remote yet the food is awesome! Oh ya, you can take a chairlift if you need.

Complimenting the world class views of Greywolf Golf Course is Cliffhanger Restaurant. Now under the culinary guidance of Manager Steve Pearson, Cliffhanger offers something for everyone with our full kservice menu offerings for breakfast, lunch, & dinner
This is actually the clubhouse restaurant of the Golf course but it is open during the ski season. The rice, noodle and pasta bowls were surprisingly good value and quite filling. Service was friendly and very professional which you often do not find at a ski resort

Greys Restaurant has been re-branded into CABIN Restaurant and has a classic new menu which incorporates Smokehouse and contemporary menu items. The relaxed family style dining rooms complement the other front Cabin with similar decor and a relaxed atmosp
We visited Cabin a couple of times during our stay at Panorma. The first afternoon we sat at the bar and chatted with the lovely bartender, Kate. Had the spinach dip as an appetizer and some beer and wine while waiting for our condo to be ready. The guy beside us was having the brisket sandwich with a side of mac and cheese that looked and smelled amazing. Returned a few days later for a late lunch/apres ski/early dinner. Unfortunately Cabin does not open until 4 pm, but considering opening earlier. We again had wine/beer (really wanted a cocktail but none appealed to me and they didn't seem to be able to make a margarita so didn't enquire about a martini). Had some pulled pork tacos, and the brisket sammy/mac n cheese. Awesome - all good. Service friendly and owners greeted us warmly and spent some time chatting with us. They mentioned it was finally a more sane night. Limited restaurant selection in the village so understandably they are busy. Other restaurants seemed to be "corporate" and closed Sun/Mon. Very pleased with the warm atmosphere, good food and service. Prices for dinners seem expensive, but enormous, so easily shareable.Thank you for the comments, we will look at our cocktail offering
