Disappointing experience tonight... fraudulent practices at Royal Pizza Leduc.Royal snuck a 2L pop onto my delivery which I did not order. My kid took the bag of drinks while I was paying, so while weâre eating I notice this 2L sitting there. Sure enough: the bill shows $3.95 for an item I did not order. But I unwittingly paid for it! So I call Royal ; the driver comes back and tosses me some change - which does NOT cover the $3.95 plus tax - and takes the 2L with him. So I call Royal back again: they refuse to send the driver back. Refuse to make it right. Totally fine with the fact theyâve committed fraud.This is not about the money - itâs 100% about principle. Itâs about suspicious business practices ; itâs about refusing to fully correct a mistake ; itâs about the disregard for a consumerâs rights. Fraud on SEVERAL levels at Royal Pizza Leduc.

Fresh food prepared with care, fair prices, music to match the ambience, and a server with impeccable timing and manners, and even a sense of humor!Truly awesome experience, everything you'd hope to find in a "family" restaurant- and more!!!Well worth the drive from Wetaskiwin- can't wait to ... do it again!( and yes!!!- me who has very high standards for restaurants, I confidently recommend KOSMOS!!)P.s. the booths really are private :)

My co worker and I went here for lunch today it was the second time for both in 10 years and wow I was not disappointed. Great service and glad the waitress told us only to order a medium as we would never have eaten a large. The clubhouse pizza is delicious. Will come back sooner than 10 years. Located in the town mall lots of parking get there early for a good seat.

Had a good stop at the roadhouse for an appetizer and main course. The onion rings were really good and crispy. The ginger beer was good but the rice was a little stale. Service was good and friendly. Definitely a good ole biker bar but vet popular and for good reason.

This restaurant is attached to Ramada hotel near airport. Very convenient when staying in hotel. Have eaten here before on past trips, it still is top notch for service, menu , portions and food quality. Service was great and this place is laid out well for good dining. Menu is very good and everything was well done with large portions. Prices are all reasonable in comparison so a very affordable place to eat.

Our small inner circle group of guys has been going here for the last 10 years and have yet to be disappointed. Excellent friendly service that other pubs need to take lessons from. Never an empty glass. Good bar food as well. Nice fireplace for cool Edmonton days. Did I mention excellent service?Thank you Leonard, I think that we have the best staff in the business, and the best food as well! I'm glad that someone less biased than myself agrees!

We stopped here for drinks between a wedding ceremony and reception and it was great! Comfortable couches. Attentive service. Extensive drink menu. Their house special Smokey Manhattan is amazing. So is the Prickly Pear. Johnny Walker blue label also. And the coffee is served in big silver urns with enough coffee for two generous cups and it was very good coffee. They would even run to Starbucks for you and deliver for a buck if you wanted a cappucino etc. Smells nice. Quiet and relaxing.

We ordered beverages and an appie right away because the rest of our party was late and we were hungry. Our beverages arrived without delay but the appetizer was a no show until after everyone had arrived. Our Calamari appetizer wasn't crisp and smelled fishy. We should have sent it back. The meals were only mediocre. They weren't hot when they arrived. The fish and chips were ok but battered fish is better eaten hot before it starts to cool and lose the crispiness of the batter. My crisp lemon chicken wasn't crisp nor did I detect lemon, it should have been called Sweet Ginger Chicken because that's what the flavors were. The Jasmine rice it came with was gluey. We chose not to try dessert.Hello Vince & Elaine,Very sorry to hear that your dining experience with us was less than pleasant. I apologize for the lack of quality as those menu items you listed are ones we usually have lots of positive compliments on. As you described that's simply unacceptable to us and doesn't meet our Sawmill Standard.
