Things to do in Lacombe
We had lunch with friends on the weekend. We had three orders and not sure what happened but there was a huge delay between the second and third order and they were all consecutive. The had a taco soup that was more like a beef/vegetable soup verses a taco soup. I had the perch sandwich and it was fantastic. My wife had the pulled pork and it was ok. We found the restaurant to be on the cold side. Every time the outside doors were opened swept in cold air to the seating area. I am not sure how much to tip at a place like this. You have to stand in line and order at the till (like McDonalds) and they bring out the food but you don't really have a waitress.

Great selection of craft beer, enjoyed a porter from Blindman Brewing along with some great wings, so many unique flavours to choose from.

I have eaten many times at Boston Pizza. The food is always good and reasonably price. The menu has great variety. A bonus feature occurred recently at the BP in Lacombe. After a meeting with business partner, we stay for about 1 hour and had an excellent meeting. Our server was very understanding and made us feel welcome to stay as long as we needed. It was very much appreciated!Thank you for the review! We're glad to hear you had a great experience!

It was such a pleasure to come in out of the heat and get a refreshing beverage and a tasty snack here - it's right next to the Michener House Museum. Our server was so friendly, made us feel welcome. If you're in downtown Lacombe, be sure to check this place out! You'll be glad you did!

We were here on medical business from another province and our motel front desk recommended The Station. We are so pleased we took her advice. Everything from being greeted and seated promptly and kindly to the presentation of our plates and the quality of food was a great experience. Chantelle was our waitress and besides being so cute and kind with a constant smile, she was a superb waitress and we are always so pleased when once in a long while we come across staff that goes out of their way to please customers! Obviously management does a great job in their training of staff and we want others to know that it is still out there and a great find!!! Try this place, the wings were amazing and the soup was obviously made from scratch, not from a mix!! GOOD JOB
First of all, this should be listed in the "things to do" rather than the restaurants...(details details)Moving on to the important stuff. We arrived late on a Friday evening to the taproom, pleasantly surprised to find only 3 others inside, which gave us time to talk to the server, ask questions and get answers, which is one of the best parts of local craft breweries. Having already tried several of the Blindman offerings, I knew the beer was top notch but wasn't aware of some of the seasonal offerings as well as the Ichorous products.Needless to say, they don't disappoint and if you are a beer drinker and come to Blindman without finding something you don't like.. well, you need to move to a different province because simply put... Blindman Brewery is currently the best all around brewery in Alberta there really isn't much more to say. Please keep doing what you do, and I very much look forward to my next visit to find something new, something unique and definitely.. something delicious.

Back in September I brought a friend out and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. After a personal call from the manager we decided to try it again.Today they nailed it Service, Flavour, Presentation. My steak was perfect! They cooked it just way I ordered it.The beer was cold and the desert was amazing! Note to self: Even the best restaurants can have an off day, donât give up on them!We will be back and a little sooner....

Great food. Sandwiches are very big and bread was fresh. Soup was good and the cinnamon buns were even better. We will always return here again and again.

We look forward to returning to trying more of the menu items soon.
