Yes Peter has retired, however the restaurant is still operated by the same family, and still attracting locals lining up for freshly cooked and flavourful pasta. We started with a crispy Caesar salad, bread, and red wine. This evening lasagna, seafood alfredo, pasta with pesto sauce, and garlic chicken were our main courses. All were very tasty and enjoyed. A spumoni ice cream topped off the dining experience. The line of patrons waiting was longer when we left than when we arrived.

we had not been here until shortly after they opened. We sat on the patio this time. Nice and quiet. Compared to inside. I find it noisy , like Earls. This time the food was fab- u - lous . We shared the Dynamite Rolls . Very Tasty. We shared the Chicken Ceaser Salad. Very nice. We ordered a side of Garlic Bread. We had cocktails to start with. He had the Mojito and I had the Signature Cocktail. Very good. I think the prices for drinks and food are very competitive. The service was spot on . Our male server was great . The place was pretty darn busy too....and they still pulled it off. I will go back and try other things. Lots of parking too. Good location in the SW section of the city. Thanks for the review Rocketman! So glad you gave us another try! Hope to see you again!!

We were in Kamloops on the middle night of our 2 day Rocky Mountaineer train ride from Jasper to Vancouver. My wife found this restaurant online. It was a gem. Really nice ambiance and service. The food was excellent. We had a salad and spaghetti, which was very, very good. We even saw some of the staff from the train eating there.

My daughter recommended this restaurant when we were in Kamloops for her graduation from TRU in June. The food was so delicious - I had the Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop and it was by far the best pork chop I have ever had in my life! Moist, flavourful, exquisite! Family members had Pork Mac & Cheese, Yellowfin Tuna, Chicken Karaage and Kids Mac & Cheese - everyone enjoyed their meal.We live in North Vancouver and I wish there was a Noble Pig here! Will definitely go next time we visit Kamloops.Excellent friendly service by Lindsay - thank you!

OUR STORY In 2011, hotel and restaurant industry professionals Andrea and David decided to make a go of it on their own. Their idea was simple; partner with equally passionate local producers to showcase the best of the Thompson region in a fun, creative
Locally-sourced, ever changing menu. Charming service, interesting food choices. The cheese board was amazing - SO much more than just cheese, with pickled interesting bits of yumminess, accompanied by fresh bread. Entrees were delicious. The one minor suggestion I have is to provide diners with a sample menu online, so they get a sense of the type of food on offer.Overall, awesome visit!

Thanks to tripadvisor we found this gem of a place in Kamloops! Despite it being close to 2 pm and the restaurant was fairly full, we ordered two traditional breakfasts, one with fried eggs and one with scrambled. It didnât take too long for our meals to be served. Both types of eggs were done to perfection and the portions were generous. The bacon was crispy and tasty, the house potatoes had a spicy coating which was yummy and the slices of delicious, multigrain toast was a great addition to an amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and we will definitely visit again if we find ourselves in Kamloops!Would definitely recommend Hello Toast
