Things to do in Hope
Excellent place for lunch! The menu is really great, lots of variety. The specials (often with a Mexican taste) are really good. The Cobb salad is a favourite of mine.

Wasn't sure what we wanted for dinner and arriving to town so late there weren't many options. What a wonderful surprise to find Panagopoulos Pizza in Hope. Our order was cheerfully taken and was ready about 15-20 minutes later. I ordered the Classic Canadian and a Grilled Veggie + Goat Cheese and both were delicious. We enjoyed the pizza so much that it traveled with us the next day. Yum!

Staff was friendly and quickly took my order. Not too much to say about the food as it was typical Subway and was fine. My only complaint is the place needs a good cleaning, especially the food prep area. There was old sandwich fillings (ie. lettuce, pickles) all over the place between the bins. It really looked gross and I almost walked out. There was also tons of bits around and in between where they make the sandwiches. It looked there had been a huge sandwich rush but it wasn't busy at all. Spend 10 minutes and wipe stuff down when it is slow!! I didn't get sick so all good.
Hope Local House - Silver Chalice Pub is a local neighbourhood pub that offers good pub grub, lotteries and dancing.
We really enjoy our meals here, and visit frequently. The menu options are good, food is tasty and the service is always excellent, and very welcoming. For smaller appetites I advise sticking to the appetiser menu - the portions are very large. But delicious!

If you just want a really nice pizza, come on down. It was awesome. My Buffalo Chicken was spicy and delicious. My wifeâs Vegetarian was equally good. They just need to add some customer service skills to their repertoire, kind of felt I was getting in the way of the pizza making in the back.Lots of really interesting specialty pizzas on the menu and for the adventitious one youâre sure to find something to interest you.Obviously more of a pick- up place than a sit down joint and we would have taken our pizza to the park across the road had the weather cooperated more.Go for the pizza, ignore the rest. Worth it.

Beautiful little place, unique and charming. We selected it from Trip Advisor while passing through Hope at lunch time and were so happy we did. The restaurant has new owners who were very sweetly officious about making sure everything lived up to expectations. GREAT coffee, btw.At lunch, the menu is soup, sandwiches and salads. Do be warned, however, that the sourdough meatloaf sandwich you might mentioned in older reviews or featured in the intro on the mobile app (as was our experience) is no longer on the menu.

Great service and fresh food make this place to go for lunch in this town especially if you are looking for a takeaway. We had the Tuna Salad on Mulit-grain brad and a caesar salad and a coke for just under nineteen dollars. The ingredients were fresh and tasty.Thank you so much for taking the time to write your awesome review Hope to see you again

Always crowded, good indication of what to expect.Just love sharing the soup and sandwich. Ruben always great. Supper menu not quite as appealing, the fish with the fish and chips wasn't great.Milkshakes good old Malted style.Stopped for lunch, was great, stopped a week later for supper, service was good.

Stopped in at this restaurant in late August for a mid-morning breakfast prior to travelling to Kamloops. We were shown to a table soon after arriving and asked for coffee to start. The place was rather busy so we did not get our coffee for at least 10 minutes. Then our server took our order and we looked forward to brunch as we had not eaten since leaving Vancouver. We had ordered a very simple breakfast (poached egg, has browns and toast) and waited, and waited, and waited.....The table next to us was a family that had been waiting for over an hour for their breakfast and just as we were about to leave, our order arrived. The food was okay but probably not that good that we would return to this restaurant.

We are not simply a Tea and Coffee place. We are a cafe that offers bacon and eggs, breakfast scones, soup and sandwiches, wraps, panini, hot sandwiches and an assortment of desserts from sweets to pies. Also local craft beer on tap.
My daughter and I are road-tripping up the Alaska Highway, and Hope was our first nightâs stop. We needed some quick coffee and breakfast before heading north, and could not have asked for better than the Blue Moose! We each ordered the cheese scone, bacon and scrambled egg sandwich, which was perfection in every bite! I had a drip coffee, which was the best coffee I have ever tasted, and I have been chastising myself ever since for not asking what it was! Oh well, it was the perfect start to the day. They also have many other delicious-looking baked goods, sandwiches, etc. Highly recommend!
