I came alone for lunch on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 1:00pm. There were no customers in the restaurant except me. The waitress advised me that the lunch hour was over and that I could order from the menu or try the buffet. I glanced at the buffet table and the selections were very limited. The partial empty trays of noodles and vegetables looked dry from the over-hang heat lamps. There are also three Daily Specials listed on a sign hanging from the ceiling. I decided to order Cantonese Chow Mein from the menu instead. Items listed on the menu were on a pricey side.One waitress took my food order and another waitress brought me the food. The Cantonese Chow Mein was on the bland side, but the food tasted fine. The waitresses must be on a shift change. No wait staff came to see how I was doing.The restaurant is nice and roomy and enough tables to sit at least 150 people. The restaurant is attached to the Best Western Hotel. Patrons from the BWH should give the Golden Honey their first choice eatery but instead they go elsewhere. Golden Honey should lower their prices on the menu, improve the quality of food, and hire waitresses that gives good service to the patrons.

We went to the Boston Pizza on a Saturday night with about 12 people for a family dinner. The service was okay, but when we had to wait almost 5 minutes for all of the meals to come to the table the first dishes were cold by the time we started eating. That could have been better coordinated. The food seemed overpriced, and the $7.79 for a non-alcoholic daiquiri was unbelievable when I checked my receipt. Stopped here twice in one day. Saturday 18th January. On a Magic Bus trip to Marmot from Edmonton, this is their breakfast & supper stop. The tour guide rings ahead to let them know how many people are on board the buses. Two buses arrived within 5 minutes of each other, both with 50+ passengers. Everyone was served and on their way again within about 20 minutes! That is pretty impressive even for a "fast " food place! The food itself is pretty average. Much the same as any other US/Canadian burger place. Better than Mcrubbish though. Actually any other is better than them. Friendly staff dealing with such large numbers and not an error recorded. Well done A & W staff.

I only have raves for theit Sri Lankan Rice&Curry which I have now tasted perhaps too many times. Homemade recipe comes with a biig bowl of rice and three bowls of âtoppingsâ on the side. One is whatever curry you ordered (I always have chicken), the other two vary every time - always somethng new from Sri Lankan cuisine. You can also ask for spicy if thatâs your preference. They now do lunch buffets as well - the dishes vary every time (defnitely NOT a typical Indian buffet), so you may want to check out their FB before you go and see what cuisine will be featured that day :)

Was here just for supper as Me and my friend were hungry. We had a really great experience here and the most important thing was the staff was very much interested to serve us better. Unfortunately the food I had was not very good. I had the pork souvlaki and I am not sure which part of the pig they got it from but it had a lot of fat and gristle. Greek food is full of flavour and they claim to be Greek and nothing had any flavour, Not the rice not the Greek salad and not the pork. On the positive the service was very good and it was quite inexpensive. Too bad the food was not very good. I did not have the pizza so I cannot comment on that. On a final note it came with a piece of toast and it had some weird grey bits on it, I did not try it.

Stayed at the Super 8 hotel, just across the car park, Galloway's is located in The Best Western the sister hotel.There is a Chinese type buffet thing as well, but we ignored this.Galloway's is a "NO FRILLS AT ALL" restaurant/bar which offers a very comprehensive menu. I had my best ever, in 69 years, steak. They have an enormous choice of beers and other alcoholic concoctions.Great place.

We stopped here for lunch on the way from Jasper to the Edmonton airport. The restaurant struck me as a typical family owned coffee shop. It was clean and had a pleasant appearance. I had a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and corn, and my wife had a cold turkey sandwich. Both meals were made with real turkey, not sliced deli turkey from a package, which was a pleasant surprise. My wife had a bowl of pea soup which was pretty good. Overall we thought the food was very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. I would stop here again if we made this drive in the future.

We stopped here for a quick dinner after driving in from Edmonton. The quality was good, what we would expect from this chain. The room was loud because it was a Friday night. There were several tables to choose from at 8:00 when we arrived. Servers were very friendly and attentive. One of us got a cold bowl of soup. But we were hungry so we chose not to make an issue of that. Would definitely go back. Thanks for taking the time to write a review YKexplorers! I'm glad to hear that you had a great overall experience. I apologize for your soup not being to temperature, and have spoken to our kitchen manager in regards to this. Hope to you see you back soon!

This must be the only place in town to get a Donair and because it's right on the highway, it's fairly busy.I ordered a Jumbo Donair. It looked like a regular size Donair that you would get in a typical Donair restaurant. In fact there was not enough meat to qualify as a $9.50 Jumbo Donair. The only thing jumbo was the pita bread.It tasted just ok. Nothing special here. Typical small town average food that is over priced for what you get.
