Maybe itâs more of a breakfast or lunch place. The breakfast and lunch menus are much better. The dinner menu is very limited. I had the ginger beef bowl. My friend had the teriyaki chicken. Both of our rice was crunchy and glopped in large blobs. Obviously scraped off the bottom of a pan. My friend wasnât impressed with her chicken. It looked dry. Half of my beef was pure fat. I didnât even try to finish it. Honestly it seemed like the same beef that you get in the mall food court in Trail. But itâs not that fatty in the mall. I might try to breakfast sometime but I wonât go back for dinner. We are sorry to hear that your visit was not satisfactory, but we would like to thank-you for the information so we can review our procedures and food quality and improve on it. We do know our dinner menu is limited due to the fact that we are only opened until 7pm and run our breakfast and lunch menu until close.Thank-you for your review

Stayed in town at one of the local hotels, walked over to Boston Pizza on the night the of the NBA Finals! Yes, it was packed to the "Raptors" (L.O.L)! Our deluxe pizza was very tasty, especially went well with our cool drinks! Our server (Jessica V.) was extremely busy with all of the tables, however she ensured that we had our food & we had a great time! NOTE: need to fix the TV located over the front wall by the patio! (front door)Hi, there! We are glad to see that you enjoyed your visit! We'll be sure to share your feedback about the TV with our team. Hopefully, we can make your next visit a 5-star one! We hope to see you again next time you're in town!

We went to Little Bear Par 3 golf course (2 couples). Challenging course but afterwards we decided to eat in their restaurant. WOW!! The food is simply outstanding. The four of us all got something different and all walked away extremely impressed.

Only had a couple of take away Latte's from Bagels and Brew but the coffee and service were both excellent. The coffee shop looked like a great place to sit and watch the world go by too but had no time to do this.

Stopped by Crumbs for an enjoyable lunch while on a recent visit to Castlegar. Crumbs is a small coffee shop/cafe that has maybe 7 or 8 tables, local paintings on the walls that add to the laid back cafe ambience, with service provided by an energetic, pleasant young staff. We both had one of their pre-made salami and veggie Paniniâs that were grilled before serving - very tasty! Accompanying our sandwiches we also had their coconut spaghetti squash curry soup which both really enjoyed! Weâd definitely stop by again for a speciality coffee and maybe this time weâd have room for one of their delicious looking pastries! (One thing we did find odd, at least that day, there was no wall mounted menu posted listing their food offerings and prices that we could see to help when ordering.)

Went out for dinner with friends before Christmas and had a great meal and visit. We were not rushed after eating like some restaurants and sat for a while before going home. Good location.

We reached Castlegar in the afternoon and it was really late for lunch when we arrived at this restaurant that looked like family run, hoping it hadnât closed its doors. No, it did not. We went in and found we were the only customers at that time. However, it was reassuring when we were told that we could have anything on the menu.Hungry as we were, we ordered souvlaki wrap and gyro thinking they could be prepared quickly. And yes, they arrived as expected and were delicious. We enjoyed the meal, and the hospitality of the hosts.

Had a good experience here. My daughter had some gluten free options for her. We ordered drinks and they came out almost straight away. Was nice food with generous in size. The lady who served us was friendly. Parking was easy as well right out front. Was a hot day and was nicely air conditioned. If you are under 19 you must have ID. Overall was a nice place!

The Castlegar Golf Club, nestled in the majestic Selkirk mountains, provides a spectacular setting for a game of golf, a great meal and beverage or a social gathering. Open to the public. Will be re-opened in April 2019 by local restauranteur Florio Vassi
Treated ourselves to dinner at The Nineteenth when staying for one night at the RV Park. Excellent food and attentive staff. Would highly recommend. Lemon Chicken for my husband and the Asia Rice Bowl for me - both delicious. Our only evening out on our 14 night RV road trip and we were delighted...

Great beers and atmosphere. I wish a bit more effort was put into the food quality. The smokehouse theme has had its day. Unless the meat is freshly smoked it is generally disappointing which is reflected in many of the dishes being served. Much of the smoked meat tastes old so I cannot recommend ordering it. Also seems general cleanliness could be improved on.
