Something had happened to this place...Iâve been there before and it was always great, but this time me and my friends have got a very bad experience. First of all the service was awful. The manager or a waiter(donât really know who he was) was not friendly and nice to us: he didnât let us talk, always interrupting and turning his back to us, when I asked about the ingredients of the strange flavored tomato soup he got irritated and I had to leave the place hungry. And my friend about three hours after having the red curry had diarrhea and was throwing up badly. This place was one of best restaurants... very sadDear Olga,Firstly my apologies for the delay in replying to your review. I was very surprised and disappointed to hear that you were so unhappy with our service - particularly as you have been so satisfied in the past.As you may well have seen when you were there, we are particularly busy at the moment, during the high tourist season - but that is no excuse for letting our standards slip.I have carried out a full review of your complaint with our Head Chef and Cafe Manager and these are my findings.Firstly the soup - this is made to a standard recipe by our chefs, and is normally very well received by our customers. There is always a chance that a mistake was made on the day you visited (we have a couple of new chefs, who are still being trained, and it is possible that they made an error while the Head or Sous Chefs were not there). I am very surprised that you were unhappy with the attitude of our Cafe Manager, about whom we normally get excellent feedback from our customers (including a specific mention in the previous review, submitted on the same day as yours). I have, however, bought this to his attention and he sincerely apologises if his usual standards of customer care were lacking when he dealt with your group.Regarding the red curry - it is very surprising and concerning if this was indeed the cause of your friend's food poisoning. The chicken we use in our curries is fresh and we are very careful to make sure it is kept refrigerated before cooking. I can only apologise sincerely for the bad experience you had. And by way of some small compensation for this, I would be very happy to offer you and your friend a meal and drinks on the house, if you will give us another chance by visiting again. If you do, please mention my name and this review to one of our managers or supervisors - and they will arrange.Best regards,Roger
Tressco café- A new local brand in town. Established in 2016.
There is a good place for having breakfast and lunch, especially a nice taste of coffee. Recommend for foods and coffee lovers

local friends showed us this resort. across the river of the to two Am Pe Phnom pagodas, which also have a remarkable tomb with bones of Khmer rouge victims. There is a little zoo with crocodile and monkeys and a playground for children. Several small business offer food to be consumed in Cabana-style open huts with floor seating and hammocks. By reference from friends we went to Mrs. Sokoms place (you may need to ask for her) It's one of the last kitchens on the right side when you enter the resort from the street (left when you come over the bridge from the Pagoda) good, clean. typical Khmer food. we had beef loclac and vegetable. Super yummy!
