Broussard's Bayou Grill is the restaurant division of Broussard's Bayou Co. (Cajun Specialty Meats, Inc.) Many are asking why the new name? The simple answer is the restaurant grew up and needed its own identity, but Broussard's Bayou Grill and Cajun Mark
No redeeming factors. Bad atmosphere, bad service, bad food.Service didnât seem to care and spent more time talking amongst themselves than helping customers. They were out of buiscuits so instead we had an omelet served without any bread or toast or anything. The bacon was ordered well done crispy and it came out almost raw, uneatable. Waitress was nonexistent so we never had an opportunity to have this resolved. Food was mediocre at best.. Their âBloody Mary is made with wine. The room was not comfortable or well designed for a restaurant. Everything was just yuck and we couldnât wait to leave. They should stick with takeout.

everything was delicious and made in house. From boudin balls to baloney sandwich, tomato basil soup to key lime pie (a specialty). Baloney made on site the night before. I''d call it comfort food with a gourmet touch. Two CIA trained chefs following their dream. Very warm and attentive service. They also have a Tiki bar attached that features live music on weekends.

Butch's has absolutely delicious food! Everything is very fresh and well prepared. You also get very large portions for very reasonable prices. Not only that-the service is friendly and fast also. Today we actually talked to Butch himself and he's a super nice guy! This is definitely one of our favorite places to eat when we go to the Perdido area!
