Took a date here the other night and it's still the best in town! Blackened catfish over rice was amazing and service was outstanding! Owner came up and checked on us and really gave us a great feel for the restaurant! Great local spot that isn't the same ol' same ol' you get from the franchise places!

This was our first time to visit a Copelandâs and to us it was average. We arrived at 5:30pm and was promptly seated and drink order was placed. About 15 minutes passed before we placed our food order. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. My wife and I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was good but it tasted the same as if we got it from Cheesecake Factory or the Magic Time Machine. Nothing really stood out in flavor. Our son ordered the Copeland burger to which he said it was good but hard to eat since it is served on a croissant roll. Our daughter got the Fearless Fried Chicken/ Fries. I tasted them and they were breaded and seasoned well. The fries were just okay. Price wise it really isnât bad with the nice decor and atmosphere but this will probably be our only visit.

Delicious seafood, cold drinks and family fun is what we are all about here at The Catch. Whether you are in search of some gumbo, craving a basket of fried shrimp, or you are a fan of the classic boiled crawfish -- we will make sure you are taken care of
Two locations in Longview. This review is about the W. Marshall Ave. location. Four of us ordered lunch at this former service station turned local restaurant. Food was hot and fresh, and surprisingly, a beautiful presentation. My grilled catfish tacos were smothered in red cabbage and topped with 2 slices of avocado. Underneath all of that were a couple of hush puppies and deliciously seasoned French fries that I couldnât possibly finish. The other fried fish and shrimp baskets were also delicious. Staff was friendly and very happy. If I ever find myself in Longview TX again, I will be making a return visit.

first visit to this restaurant, looks like a new facility, you have to look at the overhead board before you order, plenty to choose from, our order arrived quickly, we ordered the hamburger with fries, you can select from many options to spiff up your burger, order arrived quickly, burger and fries were good, good place to eat
Finally made it to see how good it was. We got the Friday special. Shrimp Alfredo. It was more than enough. Had two different pastas. There was an ample amount of shrimp. The flavor was very good. The temperature was good and with the addition of a cajun seasoning it added to the overall taste. You got two cheddar biscuits which scratch made and very moist. Throw in a drink and the price of 8.99 was good. They sldo have premade casaroles and salads. The location is good and less than 2 miles from where we live. Will be back often.
