The Old Shed @ Banbury Hill Farm is a family run cafe which offers great customer service. Home made dishes and cakes are available every day along with a range of speciality Coffees. Easily reached from Charlbury along the pathways which run alongside th
We made it with minutes to spare. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10am. Baps are the available until lunch. Luckily there were no hold ups, the gravel crunched and we made it. Normally I would choose a variant on a full English breakfast, but I eschewed that in favour of waffles. A large waffle buried beneath a carpet of strawberries and blueberries. Had I not looked up places to eat I would have missed this place. It is well worth finding, b ut do not be late.

Very prettyCould do with music for ambiance No table service. Expected to go and get more tea/coffee if required. Very poor for what you pay. Would expect waitresses to keep checking and bring if needed. This actually disappointed us so we left rather than sat chatting.

There are so many good things about this place. It is attractive to everyone and caters very well for people with allergies. We had walnut, banana and chocolate cake, latte and hot chocolate. The quality of the food is great, friendly service and not too expensive. Thereâs one large toilet witch also has the baby change facility. Breastfeeding friendly too. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit and thank you for your kind words. I will be sure to pass them on to the staff.

Visited here whilst visiting the palace, sandwiches are £4.75 each and are really nothing special,Bag of crisps £1.75 not really appealing for families on a budget especially after paying £25 each to get in.I know the house is expensive to run, but hey, flog a few pictures to raise a few million rather than over charge the public. In fairness a chap did come over and asked us if everything was ok which was a bit strange as I would expect this in a restaraunt not in cafe with me chomping on a sandwich and packet of crisps.

We had a light lunch here, thereâs a choice of seating - in the pleasant cafe or on the terrace with stunning views. Itâs a self service cafe with a selection of hot food, sandwiches, scones and cakes, coffees and teas and cold drinks. Considering the location and captive audience the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches and cakes we had were delicious and the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient.,

Our licensed eatery serves delicious home cooked food. Freshly prepared all day full English breakfast, light lunches, delicious cakes and quintessentially Traditional Afternoon Teas.
Stayed here with a friend for a night and found the staff super nice. The location is great - it is right in the town and there plenty of places to eat and drink. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty and the coffee was superb. Would definitely stay again.
