An independent coffee shop/ tea rooms selling a variety of hot and cold beverages. Also selling a variety of freshly cooked food. We also sell a variety of cakes/snacks and use gluten free products, soya and vegetarian.
My friend and I had a lovely afternoon tea, lovely and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, and made sure we had everything we wanted, the tea included sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, jam and cakes where all excellent quality, but to top is all off you get a triffle as well, worth every bit of £10. Looking forward to going there again soon, thank you The Hideaway, and to all your lovely staff

A dream of running my own Tea Room has finally come true here in the lovely market town of Swadlincote. We hope you are able to feel comfortable and relaxed in our homely setting. "May laughter, gossiping and contentment be yours!" We serve a selection of
How brilliant. Lovely tea rooms with homemade cakes and bone china!!!!!! Lovely warm and friendly welcome by the owners. They will accommodate all types of dietary needs. Also provide a take out service if required. This is a must visit place if you are in Swadlincote, it is only small so may be worth booking for lunchtime.
A very handy coffee fix a 2 min walk from ibis budget derby. If you don't fancy the breakfast at ibis then this might be for you the young lady was excellent chatty friendly and nice. We opted for a muffin almond crosant a skinny latte and a Americano coffee excellent inbetween costa and Nero's. Pastry's very good my almond didn't taste almond but filling very nice all for £8.00 . They also do a big English breakfast for £6.95 with a cuppa and toast so good value. A good stop as you can fill up with petrol at shell, have a drink at cherry tree farm pub, chicken at kfc and a sleep at ibis. Now I know about this area will be back to stay again for Alton Towers please note map not right this is right by ibis.

A friendly greeting on arrival, and good, freshly-prepared food on the menu. It's not cheap, but it's good quality. The salad that I ordered wasn't available, but they offered me a lovely-sounding alternative. Unfortunately with the first mouthful I realised it was full of coriander, which I can't stand! The cook happened to be passing when I pulled a face, and asked if there was a problem. I explained, and she immediately took it away and replaced it with a different salad, which was delicious. I was very impressed that she was proactive enough to notice there was a problem, and kind enough to sort it out without any fuss, especially as we had arrived just before the time at which they stop serving lunch. I'll definitely be back.

First impression here was good - lovely welcome and quaint and clean looking cafe. However, having ordered the 'large' English breakfast I shudder to think how tiny the small one would have been. Nothing special and tea or coffee not included in the price. We ordered the 'breakfast tea' at £1.80 each. We were provided with small tea cups and a pot which on investigation proved to contain a solitary tea bag. The pot provided one small cup of tea each - had we known about the lack of tea we would have ordered a drink seperately in the hope of actually having a bag each. Anyhow, the breakfast was ok, just nothing special. I am loathe to leave negative reviews for small, locally owned places, but I cannot recommend The Shed unless you really aren't at all hungry and thirsty. The pluses are it is clean and friendly; the welcome and service was good - and we only tried the breakfast so the other food might be great.

Langanâs Tea Rooms, Burton on Trent and Cannock, are owned by the OâConnor Gateway Charitable Trust and run as a social enterprise. Enjoy traditional home-cooked food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in the elegant surroundings of Burton House
What a fabulous tea room. The building is beautiful, the breakfast amazing & the service is good. At the moment parking is free outside due to broken parking meters but, even if you have to pay itâs worth it. Highly recommended

Bee's Tea Room is a Tea Room in the lovely village of Findern, Derbyshire. We serve a variety of speciality teas and coffees, a yummy selection of cakes and treats, hot lunches and afternoon tea. We are open Wednesday to Monday, 10am - 4pm. We'd love for
Beautifully run tea shop by a really lovely young woman who clearly has passion for what she does. Great upstairs area, light and airy with some tables giving a view over the village green. Not an overly complicated menu but everything we had was done perfectly. Gorgeous bread for the sandwiches. Would return in a heartbeat!

Called here for a late lunch and food was so good we booked for the Supper Club later in the month. The food is all prepared to order and is well seasoned and very fresh, delightful beef and horseradish sandwich with a small salad that was seasoned and dressed so well that Iâd have happily just eaten that with some bread. Saw some tapas dishes go by and they also looked fab. The homemade sausage rolls were amazing- a little strong on the garlic but this in no way detracted from the quality of the roll. Well worth a visit- canât wait to returnHi Tmlb63Thank you so much for leaving this lovely review. Its so rewarding to welcome new foodie fanatics to the bistro! Love that you booked straight in to the Supper Club and we look forward to presenting some more fab food to you very soon!
