Visited Horner Tea Gardens (again!) today, after a beautiful walk around the cliffs from North Hill in Minehead. Enjoyed a delicious cream tea in delightful settings in the glorious Bank Holiday Weekend sunshine! Tasty scones with cream and jam and a pot of tea... whatâs not to like?If I had one complaint? Maybe a jug of hot water to make the pot of tea go farther... other than that, it was perfect!

Great little find. The owners are bubbly, happy, welcoming! I had homemade coffee and walnut cake. Gooey yummy goodness. The location is delightful. The premises are clean and beautifully decorated with just the right amount of quirky. New loos, sells sweets and chocolates. Frankly e everything I need. Stop in and be sure to have a chat with Claire ( if she has time) she has a joy for life that's infectious.

Withypool Tea rooms are to found in the centre of this picturesque Village, opposite the local olde worlde Shop and yards from the stone Bridge that spans the River Barle. They are ideally situated, in the heart of Exmoor, as a base or destination for any
Drove through Withypool and decided to stop for a coffee and cake in this quaint little tea room. It was so lovely. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. Coffee was really nice and cake was delicious - we went for the lemon drizzle and it was massive! Would definitely stop by again if we were in the area.

My husband and I visited Dunster earlier this year for a day out on our honeymoon and absolutely fell in love with the place. We spent a wonderful few hours exploring the area and decided to stop for something to eat at the Castle Coffee House before we continued our exploration. Well...it was quite simply the cherry on top of what had already been the best day. We ordered two brie, bacon and cranberry baguettes followed by a cream tea each and it was all absolutely delicious. The service was second to none and the little courtyard we sat in to eat was filled with so many flowers and such beautiful cheery decor, it was just stunning. Extremely good value too, we highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!Thank you for writing such a lovely review. We're so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Castle Coffee House and hope you had a wonderful honeymoon. Hope to see you again! Best wishes.

We have recently moved to the area. So we decided to try the local cafes. The Apple Tree Tea Rooms is easily the best. The decor is so interesting. The team are so welcoming. The food is brilliant, especially the flapjack.

Please, please go in. This is an unprepossessing place from the outside but the food is outstanding. Fresh sandwiches are the freshest Iâve ever had anywhere. The bread was awesome, home made I assume. The fillings were generous and exceedingly fresh. I had the choice of teabag or loose leaf tea and there was quite a choice too. Add on friendly service, low prices, an attractive room and you have a winner.

What a lovely, peaceful little set-up for the two of us and our dog. The room was bright and airy and well-equipped with all you need for a few nights' stay. The full enclosed garden was an excellent bonus as it allowed our little dog to make the most of her stay too! The bed was very comfortable too. Loved the addition of home-made shortbread/flapjack daily! The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a B&B, with everything cooked the perfection and plenty of it. Regrettably we didn't visit the tea room for tea/cake as we were out all day during our stay but the cakes were baked fresh every morning and looked beautiful.Thankyou for writing such a lovely review, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your break with us, and that you found our studio so comfortable. We pride ourselves on our freshly cooked breakfast and our homemade cakes and scones , and are so delighted that you enjoyed your breakfast so much , we very much hope to welcome you back in the future.

Long wait, how long does it take to cook breakfast? The owners obviously do not put customer service high on the list of priorities. Just another tourist passing through!!. It was not busy. 45 minutes to cook breakfast, we had finished our coffee. I like my coffee with my food11
