When we went in and looked around, it was clearly a well-liked family place. The tables are very close together, so you better not be claustrophobic! We went for breakfast and it was quite tasty. I had the blueberry pancakes which were served with warm syrup and absolutely delicious. My husband had biscuits and gravy which he enjoyed, but could have had a little more gravy. The only thing that wasn't very good was the bacon. It was very thin and fatty, but it won't deter us from returning. Overall a great meal!

We have usually been pleased with meals around Texas courthouse squares, but this one was disappointing. We decided to try breakfast. The menu was unimaginative, but if the food had been better, it would have been a good meal for a great price. It was not. The pancakes were slightly burned and dry. The eggs were okay, but only average. There seemed to be many regulars so this may have been an off day. We don't plan to return.

The service at the KFC was very good. Our cashier was very helpful in suggesting ways to stretch our buck and to accommodate our diet. GreentownSoapWorks.com will be visiting this restaurant again in the near future! They did a great job even at the end of the lunch rush.
