We received excellent service, the waiter explained in details how each dish is cooked and all ingredients. Salads and main courses exceeded our expectations. Deserts were very good either. Unfortunately you can not expect decent vines in such places, but shots were okay. We were a party of five and the bill was as if we were two:)! I strongly recommend this place.

Prokofiy is a small café in the Centre. The interior is simple and light. The atmosphere is relaxed and nice. What I love about this restaurant is the variety of cakes and coffee. I try something new each time I go there. I usually have a dessert. The cakes are excellent with an espresso. I like it. And I also strongly recommend the ice-cream. The service at Prokofiy is very good. The waiters are really friendly and helpful. It's not an expensive café. An average bill is about 300-400 rubles per person. All in all, Prokofiy is a good place for a meal.

We picked the Shokolad Cafe for our breakfast as it is situated very close to the Kremlin, it is open for breakfast unlike other eateries in downtown Tula. It is situated on the second floor of the former merchant's house. Yes, you have to take the stairs. There are actually two floors in the cafe. Restrooms are on the upper floor. At 10 am on a Saturday morning it was quiet. The cakes were delicious.Highly recommended!

Karl Marks is a small, nice cafe on the second floor of Lenin av. 30. Simple, spartan but cool interior. They have a cool selection of different types of burgers, salads and soups. We tried red beet burger, mushroom soup and classic bacon burger with village potatoes. Excellent all of of it! Great unfiltered beer too! Service is pleasant and good. Should try!

It's a nice place with great location - just 3 minutes from main historical place to visit - Kremlin. What about the interior - good looking modern style - nice heavy wooden tables, modern chairs. But some tables are very close to the entrance door. This door opens to a small hall connecting this cafe and pizza next door. I suppose during cold days it won't be a good choice to sit here. Better one is to take a table near great big windows.Talking about food and drinks. I'd tell just well done. You won't be upset cause all dishes are big. After standard Moscow ones it looks like doubled. I got porridge with banana and peanut and granola with berries. Rlly I had to ordered only one dish.Coffee is tasty, rlly good.You may also take free water. It's not a common practice in Russia.What about cons - only 1 WC room is rlly not enough. Cannot add anything else to cons.
