Situated at the Tromsdalen shopping center this coffee corner is surely going to blow your mind off. Best part is apart from coffee you also have some very tasty pastries and savories. All you have to do is come here, sip some coffee, take a bite, read a book and watch the world go by. Tromso in March of this year was covered with snow and I had some amazing moments out here walking on the snow I am not sure how the summers would be out here in Tromso, but if I have to come here again I would always be here in the winters any day. As far as Kaffekroken is concerned you canât miss it when you are here in Tromso.

Coffee, tea, buns, cakes and gifts with a nice view of the Kaldfjord on Kvaløy outside Tromsø town. Lots of turists hunting for whales with cameras dropped in here. Cosy and friendly right by the fjord. An authentic experience.

I came here with a friend for drinks and was immediately impressed with the variety of beers they had to sell. However, I found that the server was not very knowledgeable about beer at all and was really unable to answer my questions or recommend a beer that I might like based on my tastes. I think for a place with such a big beer list, the server should at least know something about the product he is selling. We ended up getting drinks we really didn't like and leaving the bar without really drinking our beer - which was sad for us considering the price of beer in Norway. In terms of atmosphere, the bar was very full and obviously a favorite of young people in Tromso however it had an almost cafeteria vibe to it - kind of big and not intimate at all. Honestly, I probably wouldn't come back there again unless it was for a specific beer that I could only get there.

Bryggejentene is much more than a restaurant! First there is location: At the bottom of a beautiful fjord with fantastic views of mountains, the fjord and nearby fishing village. When we were there, there were 3 reindeer grazing at the beach just right across from the terrace! The terrace is THE place to sit and enjoy your meal when the sun shines and you can soak it up. Food is great, simple, but home made and very good! And finally, there is a cute little shop, exhibiting lots of beautiful artifacts and souvenirs that surely will entice you to bring home a memory. At least you will bring along something from the bakery - wonderful! Thanks to Bryggejentene for providing such a beautiful haven! Definitely merits a de-tour from Tromsoe!

Great quality and beautiful service, nice fit out. Complex flavours from a relatively small menu.We chose samosas. An open chicken sandwich (which had great Moroccan spice flavours) and a lamb burger w tzatziki / mint dressing. I loved the wine flight option to try their Italian, French and Spanish wines.Also in an excellent suburban bust to the airport of for sightseeing.Thank you for your review.We are glad to hear that you enjoyed both the service and food as well as our wine flight option.
