We visited Casa Churro after a long day seeing the sights of northern Tenerife. It's set on one of the attractive streets of the old town in La Laguna. We were happy to find somewhere open in the late afternoon where we could have a snack and a rest. It was really quiet and the staff member who served us was very pleasant. It was very clean. The toilet facilities were probably the cleanest on the whole island! There was free Wi-Fi which we used while we waited for our churros. The churros were delicious. Highly recommended!

You might not guess from walking past, but this small but hugely popular place includes on the menu a large number of different vegetarian burgers - rare to find such a choice anywhere! To accompany that, you can choose from a massive range of freshly made juices; seemingly every combination possible is available. We were really glad to be introduced to this place by friends who live nearby and look forward to going back when we're next in La Laguna.

Happened upon this restaurant by chance with my husband. Looking for something tasty but not too expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Limited menu with extra specials but cooked and presented beautifully. A local Tacaronte wine was recommended - Marba - which suited our tastes perfectly. We shared a chicken, apple and bacon salad - very refreshing. We shared a main of pork steak with roquefort sauce - delicious. My husband had a 3 chocolate pudding, a bit like a chocolate layer tart/cheesecake, which he demolished without leaving a trace and I opted for a lighter dessert of yoghurt with berry fruits - just what I needed to complete the meal. Will definitely return again. All for only 25â¬.

This is a great choice in La Laguna. We kept coming back to this cafe because of its convenient location in the old town. It offers excellent breakfast and late night choices. It has strong WiFi and spotless bathrooms. The staff is very helpful.

petit café de village, juste en face de la mairie, avec l'intérieur en bois (très chaleureux) et beaucoup de monde, dans une ambiance familiale canarienne très gaie et communicative.Le personnel est nombreux et les prix modérés, bref, nous avons passé un bon moment
