Where to eat Cafe food in St. Moritz: The Best Restaurants and Bars

Reviews on Cafe food in St. Moritz, Swiss Alps, Switzerland. Although originally known as a summer destination, when the first snowflakes land in St. Moritz, so do the international scenesters, bundled up in the latest "Must Have" accessories. During winter, catch a ride on the Glacier Express from Zermatt to arrive in style. Cable cars ascend to three nearby mountaintops. Hundreds of miles of ski trails and a frozen lake comprise the area's most popular sports venues. Follow the Romans example and try one of the city's mineral springs, such as St. Moritz Bader.

Simply at the recommendation of our hotel we made a reservation at this restaurant. From the outset it was clearly a fine dining establishment, and the presence of at least four formally dressed waiters attested to this.We arrived about 20 minutes before the restaurant kitchen opened but we made welcome anyway and offered a drink and rolls until opening. When the time came to make our order we had decided on the duck breast, and the king prawns and curry. The former was described as excellent, magnificently presented and cooked to perfection. The prawns will also first class and the curry sauce, while not overpowering the prawns, was extremely tasty. The meal sizes were certainly adequate. The waiters who attended us that night were very professional in their bearing and attitude. At the conclusion of our meal, along with the requested account, we received a small dish of gratis Swiss chocolates. These were excellent. It was certainly not a cheap meal at €157 for the two of us but the meal, service and experience were worth the costDear Dennis P,Thank you very much for taking your time to review our Restaurant and the excellent Feedback. We are happy to read that you appreciated the food and the service. We are always aiming to satisfy our guest at the fullest. We hope to welcome you soon again at our Chesa al Parc.Best wishes and kind regards,Chesa al Parc Team

My wife and I were looking for a place for a light lunch before going up to Piz Nair. Quattro Bar was just the place. A helpful staff combined with good food and a great view made it the perfect place. We shared the barley soup and the flat bread pizza. It was all delicious. Dear Guest,Thank you for the great review of our quattro BAR. We are glad that you enjoyed your food and hope to see you again very soon back on the mountain.Sincerely, your quattro BAR Team

This is a great supermarket to pick up a low cost sandwich like salami, roast beef, tuna or ham for around $5 - $9 CHF. It's filling and tastes good for the price. A good budget or cheap meal if looking for a low cost option.
