Things to do in St Marys
We were visiting a friend who attends the TAFE, this is a very new facility, looks funky from the outside and is large and airy inside. The food is really fresh and really well priced. All mains were below $10. There were delicious sweets, desserts and small dishes, sandwiches etc, Coffee is fab. Staff extra friendly, the manager knows everyone's names and stops and chats where time permits. Some food caters for people with specific needs such as gluten free, vegetarian and some cultural food is being introduced. Commercial Cookery Students help to produce some of the food here.My husband had a very substations lamb shank hot meal, I had a wonderfully refreshing salmon salad with all sorts of goodies. There were customers from the local suburb including a family with little kids, some elderly people from a nearby retirement village as well as students.
I ordered the breakfast burger with a side of chips and it was very decent for the price. A great cafe compared to cafes in the city where itâs overpriced and just created for aesthetics. Very hearty and fulfilling dishes made by wonderful chefs. Will definitely come back :)

I have had coffee here before, which is nice and strong, but not had a meal. Today we had lunch and it was an extensive menu. Both of us enjoyed our meals: mine was vegetable fritters with avocado and salmon, while my companion had a large salad with egg & hollandaise sauce. Canât remember the proper names. They were large servings and I couldnât eat all of mine, but it was well-presented and yummy.Waitress was friendly and checked all was good. It is also accessible with a wheelchair, where we sat against the side. My companion was most impressed and is keen to return and try other dishes. He wonât get any arguments from me:-)
We saw this cafe from a distance because it is on a corner and has a wonderful mural outside. Areas inside were also flooded with sun and perfect for a Winter's casual lunch. The steak sandwich was fantastic and the coffee was great too. There is a menu as well as a board and there is outside seating as well. You can tell that the people who work here care about what they do and nothing was too much trouble. It was good value too! Recommended.
First visit to a relatively new business, thought we would give it a try after a couple of recommends from friends & family, first impressions were average, lot of mistakes with the order left us eating Sunday breakfast separately, tea was wrong, toast was wrong poached eggs were wrong, but we ate with out complaint . Do not know for the life of me how the council approved the out door deck, which has a steel rail, no GLASS or BARS, to prevent a child falling through, or if some one knocked a drink over how the table below would not be effected?Food was good in the end, and we will give them another chance in a couple of weeks
This is a great cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its clean and very friendly. There is inside seating and outdoor. The coffee and food is delicious. You can even bring you dog to the outside area. They also do delivery's. Its so nice to sit outside on a Sunday and enjoy a yummy breakfast or lunch with Umbrellas shading you from the sun. We haven't had dinner there yet and will be trying it now the weather is getting warmer. We have also experienced great customer service. Highly recommend.
What a great service to the community this place is. I went Friday for coffee meet a wonderful boy calked Matt who came over introduced himself. The food and coffee is really good.Awesome work guys I will be back
Young brother up from Melbourne opportunity to rustle up some family for a lazy Sunday brekkie. Sunshine{missing during the week} returned and made eating out on the footpath area a must do. Other patrons took to the small patio over looking the ParkThe big brekkie was a popular choice. Two eggs sunny side up cooked just right, tomato, hash browns, spinach, chipolatas and sough dough bread. Seasonal fruits and yogurt and homemade muesli was well received. Special orders well prepared as requested without issues " peanut butter and sliced tomato??". Berry frappes ,coffees, lattes and fruit juices continue to arrive at the table during breakfast.Ordering and paying at the counter eased the perennial problem of groups paying for a variety of items. An enjoyable time for all.

The food at this cafe is to die for!Stopped here for lunch and ordered the veg bowl. The plate up was too pretty to resist taking a picture and it tasted even better!Think Iâve found a new brunch favourite and wish I lived closer so I could revisit sooner.Cannot wait for the next time I am in the area so I could try a bit more of whatâs on the menu or maybe just order the veg bowl again hmmm. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my first visit to your cafe unforgettable. Your efforts with the flowers do not go unnoticed and make the cafe look stunning. Hope to see you all soon.
