Looking for somewhere for breakfast whilst camping and this place popped up. We visited as they allow dogs inside, but I checked with staff before entering. We found the staff to be polite and pleasant throughout our time there, they even gave the dog some food but asked us first before doing so. Three of us had a proper fry up of varying size and one had a sandwich. It was clear it had been made to order and was good value for money in my eyes. Service was prompt and polite, upon paying I felt that my custom was welcome. It may not be the most glamorous of places, but its a proper road side cafe used by locals, workers and tourists. It was refreshing to go somewhere that was not a clone of other places. I will go back when in Cornwall again.

Set in beautiful tranquil surroundings on the rural outskirts of the City of Truro in Cornwall, The Elm Tree serves fresh local Artisan coffee, Cream teas, light lunches and homemade cakes.
About once a month meet up with friends for tea or coffee and there is always a nice atmosphere and buzz about the place. The drinks are consistently good and cakes are delicious. I particularly like the cheese scones with homemade soup. Will be back again next week.

We are a community café situated in the heart of St. Agnes Village. Run by a small, dedicated team, we always aim to cater for everyoneâs needs. We offer a cooked breakfast and a selection of light lunches using fresh, local produce wherever possible. Veg
Blackboard specials of two different soups- celery or mushroom. Tried the mushroom and tarragon, served with a cheese scone and it was piping hoy, generous and five star delicious. Scone also lovely. My husband wanted to try the glorious two layered sponge and enjoyed it with a mug of hot chocolate. Very family friendly place with local craft for sale. Many thanks for your review and we are so pleased you enjoyed your visit. Best wishes the Cuckoo Café Team

What a great place. There was lots of choice in St Ives, but we were so glad that we went into The Cove. The food was really reasonably priced and great value considering the sizable portions and great taste. For a group of five (three adults and two children) with very different tastes, the menu had plenty of choice but it was the service that made all the difference. The staff were superb and we were really well looked after.

Can't praise this place enough. It's slightly off the beaten track, slightly off the wall, extremely well thought out and the prices will keep you coming back for more. With one meat and one veggie dish on offer, both equally scrumptious, served at a huge, long table in what looks like an industrial barn, Canteen is one of a kind. The staff are friendly and efficient, the ambience is delightful, and this is quickly becoming our favourite lunchtime choice.

The Greenroom is a family friendly cafe open all year round serving Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. Also plenty of treats like ice cream, cakes and specials.
Very tasty breakfast with good quality ingredients & the beans in a pot so that they don't get mixed up with the other items. The large is very large & will keep you going all day the small is just right for many appetites. The roast vine tomatoes were tasty as were the mushrooms. The sausage, bacon & black pudding all good quality. This was our second visit & a perfect Sunday brunch after early morning surf & swim.Great Review, Thank you

Poor quality food, poorly served. I can only assume it's popular because there is nothing else there,

Beautifully chilled beach hut style café with a large and very relaxing Japanese style garden. Healthy breakfasts and lunches, alongside the best coffee and cakes!
I am a local and seen Genki on social media and knew I hat to try it, and at last I have, it was lovely, staff are great, food was delicious and the garden is so pretty. I will most certainly be going back soon..

Our Sunny spacious Patio provides a haven with views of Wheal Friendly Engine house. There is a large public car with plenty of parking almost opposite Q. Free WIFI and Wheelchair access.
Myself & my husband recently visited Cafe Q on a Sunday for breakfast, following friends recommendations. We both had the Cafe Q full breakfast with a coffee & orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised the coffee included with the breakfast includes any type of coffee with no additional charges. The breakfast itself was cooked really well, being fresh & not too much (although I'm sure you could ask for extra sausages & bacon from the 2 of each given if you wanted more). The staff were really friendly & welcoming. Overall a lovely friendly cafe to start your day with excellent value breakfasts. Would highly recommend.
