A neighbourhood cafe and restaurant with a beautiful outdoor courtyard situated in Brixton. It's a wonderfully visual place.
Weekday morning, sat in the courtyard, perfect coffee. Eggs Mirza (with mushrooms instead of eggs) was about the most delicious thing I've ever eaten for breakfast! Lovely staff, good service. Will definitely be back, often.

This really very good suburban restaurant is set in a beautifully maintained garden although there is an indoor area. It is a major surprise in an unassuming old middle class suburb of Krugersdorp. It excels in every area - good menu, good service (and the staff actually say thank you for their tips!) although the wait time is a bit long, good environment and good parking. A marvellous place for morning tea and lunches but check on opening times. The extensive menu focuses on lighter meals but the quantities are old fashioned large. My only quibble is that the kitchen does not know how a wrap is supposed to be wrapped but wiping spilled food off your chin is part of the fun. I very seldom give 5 star reviews but at the moment, Ana Paula's deserves it.

Driven by our love for Joburg and every unique neighbourhood we call home. Each store is a champion of coffee excellence and food innovation.
Wow I love this place and wish I lived closer. I visited after a Parkrun on Saturday morning and had to wait for a table. It was well worth it. Efficient and professional service from the start. The drinks menu is really interesting with offerings like lemon meringue shakes, pineapple ginger lemon thyme tea, milk tart iced coffee and whippet unicorn hot chocolate. I had the sweetcorn stack and was offered an egg with it, best breakfast Iâve had in ages. Great service. They have outdoor seating too so itâs a lovely breakfast and lunch meeting place. Prices are good too.Wow Natasha - you just made our week! Thanks for the detailed review - I have shared all of these with the team and I can promise you it was all smiles!Thx again and hope to see you again!

Just Darling is just that, it is a lovely coffee shop situated in the bustling Mall of the South. The menu has a variety of breakfast options and light meals. The service was superb and the food just as good. The food is beautifully plated and presented and my cappuccino definitely brought a smile to my face.

Tasty breakfast very well prepared, excellent service, good coffee (will ask for extra large cup next time). Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended- but be sure to get there early. It is a smallish venue, and popular. Creamy mushrooms - to die for!

Salvation Cafe never disappoints - food and service always great. We waited minutes for a table at this very busy restaurant and were seated the trees . The restaurant is vibrant, busy, and extremely popular. The calamari was declared to be the best ever as were the burgers and my chicken Caesar salad was delicious. Great ingredients and great service. Fantastic lunch spot in jhb.

Compared to common quality on cafës in South African parks and gardens this was bad experience. Our sandwiches (tuna mayo and chicken mayo) were rather tasteless and portions were rather small. Really little tuna and chicken.Waiter had not his best day. Made mistakes also on other tables, as we had time to watch due slow service.Thank-you for bringing this to our attention and enabling us to investigate unacceptable standards. A great pity I did not get to attend to your problem during your visit, but I do hope to have the pleasure of meeting you in the future.
