We stayed at the Mercure near CDG and arrived in the mid-afternoon with hunger. We ordered a lovely lunch and drinks. The waiter was lovely and helpful. The food was great and we have nothing but good things to say about this spot. A day later we needed late night drinks and WiFi so we returned to this location. My restaurant choices were limited, so this one got picked by default. The waitstaff were friendly and I was quickly seated. They mostly speak English, if your French isn't up to snuff. The menu choices are varied and the restaurant serves alcohol.I picked the Hippo Burger with fries and a large beer. The beer was cold, the burger delivered hot and prompt. The food tasted pretty good and the portions were enough. You know the really only downside of this restaurant was that it was EXTREMELY LOUD! I could not hear myself think, it was so loud. There wasn't even any music playing in the background, just a constant jet blast loud drone of voices. This fact alone is the reason for my lower rating for this review. Autant le concept est très sympa et original, autant les sandwichs sont très bons, autant l'une des serveuses est vraiment pas aimable du tout, limite ça l'a dérange de travailler. D'où le fait que je met que 4 sur 5.

Malgré ma grosse déception vis à vis de ma bûche de Noël - bûche avec inser caramel mais le caramel s'est cristallisé - impossible de couper la bûche ni de goûter ce caramel - à 55⬠la bûche, ça fait mal - je reste persuadée que les produits sont de très bonne qualité et divinement préparés ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et commercialesJe recommande si vous voulez tester des pâtisseries originales , de plus le pain est trèssssss bon
