Called in on a Sunday morning for a coffee while walking our pup. The seats outside provide a perfect opportunity to people watch whilst enjoying a lovely cappuccino. Great friendly service

Neat, cosy little cafe, rustic floorboards and tables, in keeping with the village scene. Previously the Deli beside the green, High St, Bollington. It was recently reconfigured to fit more tables at the front with the kitchen prep area to the side at the back - it def works better. Newspapers and magazines abound to linger over Sunday brunch or just coffee. They don't mind if you stay awhile using your laptop. Wonderful. The cafe cooks wholesome, trendy breakfasts like avocado and poached eggs on sourdough, eggs benedict and that delightful, tasty micro cress etc. as well as burgers and interesting, thoughtfully composed lunches. Alcohol is available. I have to say the cakes are sadly a really poor affair, I guess because space is limited but they are a let down. That aside the place is always busy, deservedly so and testament to the savoury food on offer and the lovely, friendly staff. We go between 2-3pm to ensure getting a free table. It's tremendously popular with locals, visitors and walkers to the area - the popular Peak District is close by. Holds its own against a few good pub restaurants in the vicinity and the popular Lime Tree opposite (sister to the well known Didsbury restaurant). Def recommended. Would have given 5 stars but for the cakes being a let down.

We were extremely satisfied this lunchtime, the best sandwiches ever. The staff are really pleasant and the service was very good. This is the place to go.

We specialise in Mediterranean Meze dishes, many of which are vegetarian. We have a range of Mediterranean themed daily specials such as chicken kebabs, kofte (meatballs), roast lamb and feta baguettes. Everything is homemade on the premises. We offer cat
One of those reviews that's hard to write, as there's mixed feelings about telling everyone how good this is so it won't be a hidden gem. We had the mixed mezze which was really superb - a lot of it home cooked. Friendly and efficient service too. Loved it.More basic "café" set-up than Konak in Wilmslow, with a smaller menu and a smaller venue. But a different offering (and better priced accordingly).

WE STARTED WITH AN IDEA.... Back in the beginning, we wanted to create an experience for everyone that visited us. To do this we created some pretty fundamental values - to serve really good food, to go that bit further for our customers and most importan
Only had a coffee and very nice it was to. Clean inside and the service was good. As coffee houses go, this is a good one.

Not my first experience of âshoppingâ at Arighi Bianchi but reinforced my previous experiences. Their whole approach to customer service, and in particular luxury shopping customer service needs bringing into the 21st century. For those of you that have shopped there you will know the sales assistants sit at their little island of a desk surrounded by room scene of accessories and furniture. But if one asks for advice about an item that is adjacent to them, invariably the response is âsorry not my sectionâ and they then proceed to give directions such as turn left, up a ramp, turn right, down some stairs turn left again and then you might find someone who can help you. Well Iâm sorry but the customer has no way of knowing which member of staff can provide advice or conduct a sale. We found the same level of inflexibility when wanting to proceed with a sale. Surely in this day and age a store such as Arighis should be able to take payment for an accessory at any till. In contrast to the lack of service in the rest of the store the Hammondâs sales assistant was an absolute nosey nuisance. We had wandered into her section for a browse. Not accepting this reason she proceeded to bombard us with prying questions in an attempt I assume to hook us for a sale. She just came across as commission hungry. Following us into another room set we were interested in purchasing an item but when asked for advice. Youâve guessed it, she said âsorry not my sectionâ.So with this poor shopping experience behind us and not in the best of moods we went to the cafe. One is requested to wait to be seated. We were asked in quite a brusque manner if weâd booked. We hadnât do a big deal was made about trying to find us a table. But they did.Once seated. The waitress experience was mixed. One was very impatient, did not smile, and because we did not read through the menu in the time she wanted us to cautioned us that food was taking 10 minutes to prepare. Ie her way of saying hurry up. Another waitress was very pleasant did smile and was polite.Half way through the meal a gentleman came to the table and asked if we were alright. He did not introduce himself so I assumed he was a fellow diner. Turns out he was the owner. Had you introduced yourself Sir I would have sat you down and talked through our experience today. The food was very over priced. My lasagne was just horrible. The chicken salad was too salty. However, the cake we had was delicious.I hope that the management take some of these points on board. Although given how busy the cafe was I guess they have just become complacent. Dear DoraexplorahI was very sorry to read your review on tripadvisor. As a family business, we strive always to give a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers.I'm sorry that it wasn't made aware to you that the Gentleman who asked about your food was indeed my father, Paul Bianchi, who would have welcomed the chance to hear about your experience.I will be sending you by private message my contact details as I would very much like the chance to meet you personally. I hope you can get in touch as your business is very important to us.My apologies againKind regardsNick BianchiDirector

We're regular visitors of Soma, it has a warm welcome feel the minute you walk through the door and the food is always absolutely on point. My other half and I cannot get enough of the pork belly (I don't even like pork belly usually) and the portion sizes are really generous. The staff are always really helpful and friendly and the owners always seem to be there which is something you don't always see.

Really lovely spot at the end of a row of shops. This lovely Cafe has three massive windows with very high ceilings which gives the whole place massive amounts of light, really good.We stopped her for Tea, Coffee and cakes all of which were delicious. A big bonus dogs allowed which is always a thumbs up. Would stop here again and try to make breakfast.

Visited this cafe after an Easter visit to a family grave in Prestbury. It was just what we needed - welcoming, full of dogs and children, a delicious toastie and the best pot of tea we have had anywhere. The staff are lovely and friendly. We felt back in the land of the living!Thank you, thank you, thank you ! Glad you enjoyed our little cafe and we hope to see you again.
