I tried this place for lunch and i will say that i was little dissappointed with the quantity . Quality wise they are good. I took the chicken gyros wrap, it lacked little salt but addition of the spicy sauce got the kick back in. My friend order the veggie plate and it was really small as per price. My wife liked the falafel wrap and said she wont mind eating @ this place again. If you like the greek food ...this is good place to try. service was fast and servers were courtious.

We were shopping nearby and asked for an easy lunch recommendation, and were referred to Bill's Cafe. Menu, seating booths, and customer service are the typical American diner style, and it was very relaxing. Nicely built or remodeled, with super friendly staff. Food is not gourmet in any way, but portions are big. That was going top be our main meal of the day, due to travel, and it was just what we needed.

We were visiting Stanford University and on the way out we decided to have a quick lunch in Palo Alto. University Avenue is usually impossible to park but a car pulled out and we were lucky to take its place. We were parked in front of Cafe Sprout. We knew nothing about it but the food people were eating looked interesting. We went in. One orders at the counter from the extensive salad etc. menu on the wall or can make up his own using a form available on small clipboards. We ordered two salads - the nicoise with tuna and the Cobb salad. They were very good. It was hot outside so we ate inside. The waiter brought us our salads and we picked ourselves from the refrigerator the drinks we had orders. Very efficient.

My friend took me here for my birthday. Set on a block filled with restaurants, neither of us had been here before. We were both blown away. The food was outstanding. I had the 'Salade Provencale' (salmon salad). I expected a few small slices of salmon, so was quite surprised to have it topped with an entire salmon filet. It was wonderfully seasoned and easily broke apart so it could be mixed with the greens. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely return!

This is a great bakery tucked into Town and Country. Loads of things to choose from. Get it to go or sit there. The sourdough is the best I have had in the area.

Friends wanted to try Hobee's ...and it doesn't take reservation.....the place was packed and we had to wait 20 min...(on a Sunday, b4 noon)...not too bad...Parking lot is small but we were lucky enough to secure two spaces....A wide variety of breakfast items and all very good. Most items come with their famous and yummy coffee cakes (cranberry or blueberry). Service could be sporadic esp. if you ended up in the small dining room in the back. Food made the experience worthwhile. Thanks so much for your visit and kind words!

This has become my go to deli in the peninsula. Generous sandwiches, flavor abundant, reasonable pricing. Can order to go or ahead for pick up. Always ready when you arrive and you can avoid the lines that obviously stack up at a good place to eat. Can get the standard sandwiches and they're customized to your preference, OR go for one of the specialty types. Love the fun names they've given to the sammies. An amazing team works here, always friendly, and if you visit often enough, they even remember what you order.

Three of us loved our choices at Joanies. I chose the Hawaiian French Toast, minus the bananas, thick sliced brioche, grilled with a light touch of caramel, served with grilled sliced fresh pineapple and warm syrup, wow!! Others also thought their choices were great. Service was quick, and servers kept the coffee cups replenished. A storefront cafe' that is award worthy.
