This is our favourite bar in Paleochora and we would have pre and post dinner drinks here most nights.Joanna and her brother Nikos are perfect hosts and couldn't make you more welcome, it's also nice to see the original owner Yanni sat at his favourite table most nights.Great place to relax and watch the world go by over a beer or would recommend the local brandy.

The best (or almost the best) crepes you'll find on Paleochora! They also do wonderful plates with ice cream and crepes, yum! Served with kind and funny guys. Almost always crowded but you always find room to eat :)

Went there for breakfast. Staff were pleasant. Asked for 2 coffees 1 orange juice and bread for two people. Everything was fine till we got the bill. 9 euros for basket of bread. A total rip off. There is much better value to be had in the village.

A delightful kafenion with splendid views from the patio. The menu is limited but this is a kafenion, not a restaurant. The food that is on offer is excellent, the staff are attentive and very helpful and there's a large selection of books for customers to borrow and read while enjoying the view!

Great family run cafe, Vangelis his wife, daughter and the young waitresses could not be more friendly. We were in Paleochora for 3 weeks and spent most lunchtimes in Zygos.Great selection of salads, omlettes and light dishes and we reckoned the best beer in town.Just a great place to have a lunch break from lazing on the beach.

This is a good place to meet up for a coffee and some sweets, or to secure you some breakfast before you enter the adventures the day will bring you. Friendly an efficient service. Chairs and tables inside with waiters taking care of you during daytime. Here you can sit overlooking the pier where the ferry arrives and departs.

The mountains from the north, the fortress from the south, the beach from the west and the beach from the east travel through the sometimes busy, other times quiet streets of this town to meet at the big crossroad at the center of it. On one of its corner
Lovely staff, great service and as the title says the perfect spot to just sit and watch the world go by as well as the street performers whilst soaking up the great atmosphere in this fabulous street which is pedestrianised after 7pm. We can't wait to return on our next visit to the town.
