This is an iconic OC breakfast/lunch spot. During summer it is always packed so expect to wait but do wait. Breakfasts are always good with lots of variety and reasonable prices. Lunch is my favorite. They have a tomatoe soup grilled cheese combo that is really good. If those ate not your thing the menu has a large offering of traditional, bugers, chicken, etc, and specials. Atmosphere is beachy with walls plastered with pennants from colleges the staff attend. My only complaint is parking. In the summer it is tough. Best to walk or bike ifvyou can. One of my OC favorites.

The whole family enjoys Yianni's...great service and consistently good food. Favorite for me is any of their Greek dishes. Servings are large and very fresh and flavorful. Bagels are also excellent and quick to grab at the take out counter if you don't have time to sit down for breakfast.

Literally have been wanting to try this place out. After searching and searching in Avalon and limited options this place by far worth it hands down. Sure you think wow 9.00 for a breakfast sandwich but itâs not your regular sandwich....nooo itâs filled with great things and that mouth watering taste when biting into and egg with avocados and tomatoes is out of this world. I would eat here everyday!! Best experience and food and of course the people that run it are super sweet!!!

We were 4 adults and 3 hungry kids and ordered most of everything on the menu from omelets to sandwiches to specialty pancakes to fancy coffees.Everything was prepared perfectly and our waitress Cindy was especially accommodating and had a great sense of humor.A real treat beyond the mediocrity of most restaurants.

Breakfast was hot and fresh! I had the steak breakfast tacos, lots of steak but needed a little bit more perhaps some onions or peppers. The eggs were perfectly cooked. My son loved the hot chocolate and his waffles. It was nice spot with friendly service.

In Palermo there a little unknown sandwich shop called Upper Sandwiches. Michele and David have a little deli in the middle of Upper Township. They both attended the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College. David went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from The Richard Stockton College.Bank to the food. They pour the heart and soul into their food. Great portions, service and attitude. Give these guys a try and you too will go out of your way for the hospitality and food. Cheesesteaks are big enough for 2. I think they cut the steak right off the rib eye fresh for every sandwich. Prices are $$. You just gotta go.
