We bring our son to Darien every month for a medical treatment and weâve tried every breakfast place within a ten mile radius. Today we found the best one!!!! Hereâs why: (1) perfect illy cappuccino; (2) delicous food (eggs, homefries, and blueberry pancakes); (3) easy free parking behind the building; (4) great ambiance and vibe; (5) and super friendly and accommodating staff (seriously unfrazzled and kind about any request we made.). This should be #1 ranked!!!!

I went with my husband and daughter for a quick breakfast on the Friday of a holiday weekend. Everything about this place screams history, community, and great food. It's a market that also serves food. It was hard to decide what to eat because everything looked and smelled delicious. My 9-year-old gobbled up a huge slice of quiche (about 1/4 of the pie). I had an egg sandwich and my husband a bagel. Coffee and tea were good too. Prices are very good, too. We ate on the patio, which has a great view. The market had a nice selection of items. I've lived in Norwalk for almost two years and I'm sad that I haven't discovered this place sooner. Absolutely charming lunch spot with scratch made goodness and tons of character. I enjoyed their pork sandwich, but found about fifteen other things that I will order in the future. Thank goodness that I live ten minutes from here because I will visit again and again. What the duck!

On our way to a Sunday family outing we had brunch here. Food was hearty and fresh. Coffee excellent. Service for takeout was a bit slow. Felt like we might have been forgotten on a busy day.

This place is great the food is excellent a comfortable family style restaurant and bar. I had the scungilli salad for an appetizer the best I've had anywhere. I also had two meatballs with sauce moma mia delicious and big just like moma used to make.
