We stayed over for one night and so used the restaurant. The food was very good. Presentation was beautiful. I loved the desserts. Good value for money. A better view you could not ask for and it is located on the stunning Jeufen Pass, very near to the Timmolsjoch Pass.

Ciao mi sono fermato in questa struttura per puro caso, alle ore 20,20 Ã¨ difficile trovare qualche ristorante aperto da queste parti, comunque ci hanno accolti ed abbiamo cenato, due piatti di canederli in brodo (due canederli ogni piatto), un piatto di canederli e finferli con contorno di insalata mista, cotoletta alla milanese e patatine fritte, un litro di acqua naturale, due birre medie, due caffÃ¨ totale euro 54,20, sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualitÃ del cibo e un buon rapporto qualitÃ prezzo, da queste parti costa di piÃ¹ rispetto all'Italia, anche se siamo sempre in Italia, complimenti anche alla cameriera che ci ha accolto con un sorriso.....da queste parti non Ã¨ cosÃ¬ scontato, da provare ciao alla prox.

I love the Gasthaus Hochmuth. Getting there is amazing as the cable car whisks you up to the top of the mountain in minutes. The view is simply jaw dropping! It was a beautiful sunny day and sitting on the terrace 1000m above Merano is a memory I will not forget.But it is a restaurant and the food is very good. What a place to linger and enjoy the Italian 'La Dolce Vita,' even though everybody speaks German first!Sausage lunch was excellent and filling...perfect before a hike to Leiter Alm.
