Horrible delivery service. Ordered at 4:30 pm, website showed delivery to be at 5:02, actually delivered at 5:35. Soup was lukewarm at best. Sandwich was soggy from being in the bag so long. Ordered Bear Claw and Pecan Roll, got two Bear Claws. Called to inquire regarding delay and was put on hold so long that their phone system disconnected me (about 7-8 minutes on hold). Called after food was delivered and spoke with a manager and she hung up on me! Two disconnects. She pretty much didn't care about my dissatisfaction and blamed everything but themselves and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Will NEVER order delivery from Panera again and may well not go into the actual place any more. Horrible service.

Great place for large portion home cooking dishes. Just like eating at Mom's. Had the lunch special with fried pork chops! They were so good. The breakfast dishes looked delicious also. Hope I'm back in the area again. Would like to eat here again.

Stopped in today to eat brunch. Went up to the check in counter. A female employee in a light blue shirt came up. I gave her our name and number in the party. I then asked approximately how long the wait would be. A fairly common question to ask. She turned her back to me, walked away and said "I don't know". That is simply atrocious customer service. Since they weren't interested in our business, we left. I think management needs to talk with their staff. That is no way to talk to customers.
I tried this place out two weeks ago because I needed a quiet place to work, but found a gem. I've been back three times since and the quality of the drinks are excellent. My favorite drink so far is the Ethiopian Macchiato. The service is good too.
