Bushmead has been needing a café like this for many years - a decent, down to earth eatery with decent food at a decent price. Wide variety of food including Sunday Roasts offered, great prices and open when you need it. Outdoor area at rear caters for smokers, great view of life passing by! Decent breakfasts plus other more substantial meals offered. Free parking at front or rear, only issue is that if you don't know the area, it's a bit difficult to find as Bushmead is a rabbit warren! Set the satnav and head here for a good meal in pleasant surroundings.

Always a good experience at The Sicilian. Good quality traditional breakfast/lunch with proper coffee. To me the best place for a fry up in Luton. Easy to park. Good service. Good quality food. Never a problem adding/swapping from the menu
Excellent cafe! My advice just order/ask for exactly what you want.....or spend ages looking at all the 'ready made' breakfast for hours on end!! Not fussed on their sausages tho' - all else is good, hot & quick. I can't comment of the lunches etc I have only eaten breakfast here.

As you approach the counter at this pay at time of ordering cafe, you are greeted with a wide smile and friendly conversation by the staff. First impressions count and they were fantastic. I ordered a set breakfast which, in my opinion, was rather over priced. Portion size wasn't up to the price but the food was more than satisfactory. What I had was excellent. I would return if in Luton, but there are definitely better value cafes around.

A family run restaurant and deli offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway. Fresh homemade cakes can be eaten in the restaurant or purchased to take away. We also sell a lot of the high quality meats and cheeses we use within our menu. Our menu chang
After hearing and reading a lot of good reviews we thought we would give it a try on a Friday evening. When we arrived we were given a cocktail menu but no food or drinks menus. The waitress was lovely but not very knowledgable. She didnât know what gins were served and when we asked if there were desserts she said we could choose from the counter only to then bring a menu. We were left sitting with dirty plates for quite a while then a few were cleared and again the rest were left. The food was ok but the fish cakes werenât very hot - new ones were prepared. The patatas bravas appeared to have been reheated.Sadly we were rather disappointed by the food and service and at £49 for 6 tapas, a G&T and a bottle of sparkling water we didnât feel it was very good value.
